"Exactly!" Madam Xia felt uneasy at the thought that if she mistook her daughter for someone else and gave up the search, she would truly miss the chance to reunite with her biological daughter.
"It should be in the next few days. You'd better put on a good show then? Don't deny it outright, but don't be so sure it's not true either." Yang Yajing winked. "If they want to do a DNA test, let them do it! It'll be better if they do!"
"You little devil!" Madam Xia tapped Yang Yajing on the forehead. "Don't mess with anyone, or you'll regret it!"
"Please pass this on to Boss Xia! Tell him to treat me better! Stop exploiting my labor!" Yang Yajing said playfully.
"Hahahaha!" Madam Xia laughed too.
They were just laughing and joking when there was a knock on the door. The lobby manager opened the door, stood there stammering, and said that the Jiang family, mother and daughter, were crying outside.
"I understand, you can go out now." Madam Xia nodded.
Yang Yajing and Madam Xia exchanged a glance, thinking to themselves, "They really came to recognize their relatives? They're so quick! They just finished talking, and they're already here!"
"Go, Sister Tao!" Yang Yajing made a gesture of encouragement to Madam Xia.
Aren't you coming out with me?
"Is it appropriate for me to go out? You should handle this yourself!"
"Then what are you going to do?"
"Me? I'll point the camera at them and record something fun!" With that, she turned on a voice recorder and slipped it into Mrs. Xia's pocket. "Record it!"
After giving Yang Yajing a disapproving glare, Madam Xia composed herself and then slowly walked towards the main hall.
