"Wang Lai, take a few men and smash Xu Kuo's farmland!" Zhao Ming said viciously. "Remember, the bigger the commotion, the better!"
"Alright!" A glint of excitement flashed in Wang Lai's eyes. "Just you wait and see, Master Zhao!"
The following day, Wang Lai, accompanied by a gang of thugs, arrived menacingly at Xu Kuo's farmland.
Niu Erbao was squatting at the edge of the field, tending to the crops. Seeing that Wang Lai and his men had come with ill intentions, he quickly stood up and blocked their way.

When Wang Lai saw Jiang Xiuya, his eyes widened immediately. He had long heard that Xu Kuo's wife was a beauty, and seeing her today, he could confirm that the rumors were true.
"Oh, young lady, you're really pretty!" Wang Lai leered at Jiang Xiuya, saying filthyly, "That good-for-nothing Xu Kuo is getting a good deal. Why don't you come with me, I guarantee you'll live a life of luxury!"
"Get out!" Jiang Xiuying shouted angrily, "If you don't leave, I'll call the authorities!"
"Report to the authorities?" Wang Lai laughed loudly. "Who are you trying to scare? In all around here, who dares to meddle in my business?"
Just then, a cold voice came from behind.
"Really? I'd like to see who dares to talk so big!"
