The next day, Han Yi drove up to Du Yuhan and asked her directly, "You really know how to drive? I took the blame for you yesterday, so you have to tell me the truth today."
Du Yuhan knew Han Yixian had asked her first, and she smiled, "The truth is, I really can drive. Don't believe me? I'll take you for a spin."

When Liu Gang returned from get off work, the food was already on the table.
When Du Yuhan saw Liu Gang return, she said, "We've been waiting for you. Go wash your hands and eat."
Liu Gang knew he was in for a good meal as soon as he saw Du Yuhan. He was overjoyed when he saw the food on the table after washing his hands.
The three of them had lived together for two years and then sat down to eat without any formality.
Du Yuhan ate very little, so she kept using serving chopsticks to put food on their plates. These two had really lost a lot of weight recently, and Du Yuhan felt sorry for them.
Watching the two eat, Du Yuhan asked, "Brother Han, how are Aunt Han and the others? Did Qiwen take the college entrance exam this year?"

"That's great! Now we can get together again," Du Yuhan said with a smile.
Liu Gang said, "Qiwen wishes he could come right now, but he can only wait until graduation. That's another four years. Maybe he can come during winter or summer vacation. He doesn't know you're still alive. If he did, he would have come to see you long ago."
Han Yixian said, "I didn't tell him your news right away because I was afraid he would insist on coming here and miss the reporting time. I'll tell him when he's on winter break, then he can come whenever he wants."
After dinner, Liu Gang insisted on washing the dishes. After dark, Han Yi went out and returned in a car not long after.
It turned out that Han Yixian was worried about Du Yuhan going to pick up supplies alone at night. He planned to go to the pick-up location with Du Yuhan and then come back to pick up Gu Qishen. This way, with Han Yixian accompanying her, Du Yuhan would spend less time alone and would be safer.
