"What about the radio?" Lin Jin asked again.
"The radios are 150 yuan each, and the quality is absolutely guaranteed," the vendor said, patting his chest.
Lin Jin gritted her teeth and decided to buy more.
"Boss, I need a lot, can you give me a discount!" The man on the sign looked at Lin Jin, sized him up, and asked, "How much do you want?" "50 watches and 10 radios!"
The vendor's eyes widened; he hadn't expected this seemingly ordinary girl to buy so much stuff.
"Miss, the price will be 10 yuan cheaper per item at most," Lin Jin readily agreed!
Lin Jin took out a wad of money from his tattered bag, counted it, and handed it to the vendor.
"Boss, you count them," Lin Jin said.
The vendor took the money, his face beaming with smiles. "Young lady, you're such a straightforward person."
Lin Jin carefully packed her purchases into a large bag and was about to leave when she suddenly sensed something was off. She saw several disreputable-looking men approaching, their eyes filled with hostility. The vendor who had bought her things was long gone! Lin Jin thought to herself, "Damn it! I was careless."
“Girl, leave your things here. These are counterfeit goods, which are illegal,” one of the men said.
Lin Jin was startled. She hugged the bag tightly and said, "I paid for this. What right do you have to take it?"
"Hmph, still being stubborn. If you don't hand over the stuff today, don't even think about leaving here," the man said viciously.
Lin Jin knew these people were not easy to deal with, so she gripped the silver needles tightly in her hand, mentally calculating how to deal with the crisis at hand.
"Don't do anything reckless, I'll call the police," Lin Jin shouted.
The men burst into laughter upon hearing this.
“Call the police? Nobody here will care if you buy counterfeit goods,” a man said.
Lin Jin knew she couldn't delay any longer. Suddenly, she drew her silver needles and swiftly pierced the leading man's acupoints. Before he could react, the man collapsed to the ground.
The other men were all startled by what they saw.
"You woman, you actually know sorcery!" a man shouted in terror.
Lin Jin ignored them. Taking advantage of their momentary daze, she grabbed the bag and ran. She weaved through the alleys of Guangzhou, the sounds of the men chasing after her echoing behind her.
At a bend in the road, Lin Jin slipped into his spatial dimension. He then sat down on the ground, took a large gulp of water, and finally recovered!
Just then, she heard the men outside searching for her, but she didn't care. Instead, she started eating heartily in the space. The meat pies that Grandma Jin had prepared for her were still wafting with fragrance! It's all thanks to this space! Prepared food won't spoil!
After a while, the voices of the men gradually faded away, and Lin Jin simply took a nap in her spatial dimension. When she woke up again, there was no sound outside! She looked at the things in her spatial dimension again! Knowing that she could no longer stay in Yangcheng, she had to take these things back to Beijing as soon as possible.
Lin Jin carefully emerged from the spatial dimension and hurriedly returned to the hotel. She packed her things and bought a train ticket back to Beijing that same day.
