Chapter 23 Are all men this blunt and cunning?
"It's said that someone saw a female ghost in white floating in the haunted house! Her tongue was sticking out so long! It was really scary!"

The Liu couple saw all of this, especially Liu Hua, who was overjoyed to see the young couple so inseparable.

"Were you tired last night?" Liu Nian pretended to be concerned and took a step forward, bumping directly into Su Xu's arms. "If you're not feeling well, I'll make you something nice to eat to help you recover."
She liked to be tough on the surface, but she especially loved seeing Su Xu blush. This burly man, over six feet tall, turned bright red instantly and stammered, "Who, who can't do it?"
Liu Nian stood on tiptoe and bit the man's lips, looking at him triumphantly.
Feeling like something inside him was about to explode, Su Xu took heavy breaths, gritted his teeth, and finally scooped Liu Nian up in his arms.
"Just you wait! I'll teach you a lesson!"
"Hey!" Now it was Liu Nian's turn to panic. "I was just kidding!"
It wasn't even completely dark yet, and their house only had a thick curtain hanging up; there wasn't even a front door. Yet, there were villagers coming and going at the door, I wonder if they were just there to watch the spectacle.
Liu Nian swung her legs, "Put me down, get down!" She anxiously patted the man's hard chest muscles, but froze when she touched them.
"Wow! It feels so good." Liu Nian curiously poked it with her finger, then poked the man's waist.
Su Xu's body immediately trembled.
"You really are hard everywhere," Liu Nian exclaimed, then poked himself.
She was soft and fluffy.
Su Xu stared at her and reached out to poke her too, and then they both froze.
Although the two confirmed their marital relationship yesterday, they didn't dare to examine each other closely. They covered themselves with the blankets, feeling too embarrassed to even take a peek.
The two locked eyes, forgetting to breathe.
"Could we light a kerosene lamp today?" Su Xu's voice was hoarse and deep, his eyes bright, as if he wanted to devour the little woman in front of him right away.
Liu Nian's eyes widened, and she shrank back slightly. "What did you say?"
"I want to see you." Su Xu bent down.
