Chapter 89 Pulling Her Down, Aunt Cui Gets Arrested (1/2)

Chapter 89: Dragging her down, Aunt Cui is arrested.

Liu Nian felt her ear tips itching and burning. She gently pushed the man away and shouted angrily, "Who made any demands! What are you thinking!"

This sport is not that sport. What is this man thinking?

Su Xu blinked. "Isn't this the exercise you were talking about?"

Liu Nian sighed, pointed to the shovel, and said, "Take this and come with me."

"Oh." Su Xu touched his nose, coughed lightly to cover his embarrassment, and quickly picked up the shovel.

Liu Nian picked up the blue and white porcelain again and led Su Xu toward the back mountain.

This is where Wang Donglai and Aunt Cui met before. Liu Nian pointed to the ground and said, "Start digging. This is your exercise."

"Huh?" Su Xu, holding the shovel, was stunned, but then nodded and said, "Okay."

Do whatever your wife tells you to do, and don't say a word.

Su Xu put all his strength into it and quickly dug a small pit. Liu Nian put the bottle in, clapped his hands, and said, "Bury it up."

Su Xu was completely bewildered. He straightened his back and quickly grabbed a shovel to bury the things.

Because of the movements, Su Xu's muscles become taut and the lines are very beautiful, especially the contours of his arms, and the curve of his back when he bends over, which is particularly masculine.

Liu Nian stared at him for a moment, and when Su Xu looked up, Liu Nian's eyes met his unexpectedly.

Su Xu raised an eyebrow at her, "Isn't your man very handsome?"

Caught red-handed, Liu Nian subtly averted her gaze before finally saying, "Of course, how could my man not be handsome?"

She walked forward with a slight smile on her face.

Under the cover of night, after finishing everything, Liu Nian and Su Xu went home hand in hand.

"I'll have to trouble you again." Liu Nian handed the written note to Su Xu and said, "Leave it at Aunt Cui's house."

Su Xu looked at Liu Nian suspiciously, "What do you want to do?"

Liu Nian raised an eyebrow and said, "I'll tell you when I get back."

Fearing suspicion would fall on her, Liu Nian even changed her handwriting. Su Xu took the note and slipped it under Aunt Cui's door.

...

Aunt Cui was the first one up in the family, busy preparing meals for everyone. She yawned as she pushed open the door and suddenly noticed a note on the floor.

Aunt Cui didn't know many characters before, but she had to memorize heroes' quotes and had to learn some, which could be considered a basic literacy education.

She opened the note and saw—

"Go to the meeting place on the back mountain, dig out the thing, and come to this place at four o'clock in the afternoon."

Below was an address. Aunt Cui's heart skipped a beat, and she quickly read the note again.

Although she couldn't read Wang Donglai's handwriting, only she and Wang Donglai knew about the meeting place on the back hill, so Aunt Cui was certain that it must have been a letter left for her by her son.

So, it's time for a transaction? Aunt Cui was puzzled. Hadn't the items already been taken?

Thinking this, Aunt Cui still went to the back mountain. She looked around and, seeing that there was no one there, she crouched down to find a place to bury the things.

The land showed signs of being disturbed, and Aunt Cui didn't even use any tools; she just started digging with her bare hands.

"Ouch! It hurts so much!" Aunt Cui cried, clutching her bleeding finger. "This child doesn't even watch over himself."

Little did they know that there were shards of glass buried in the soil.

But the pain was worth it. Aunt Cui looked at what she had dug out and immediately became excited. She wiped her fingers with her sleeve and sucked the blood into her mouth as a disinfectant.

After putting the items into the snakeskin bag, Aunt Cui hurried down the mountain.

As they passed the construction site, Liu Nian and Su Xu watched as Aunt Cui hurriedly carried her things out of the village, and they exchanged a smile.

...

Aunt Cui didn't know the way either, so she asked for directions as she entered the county town.

"Young man, do you know how to get here?" Aunt Cui tore off the line of text with the address written on the note.

Zheng Zecheng, with his legs slung across his motorcycle and wearing a helmet, glanced around and said, "I know this place well. How about I take you there? Just give me some money for the trip."

"Okay!" Her son's matter was important, so Aunt Cui gritted her teeth and said, "I'll give it to you when I get there!"

It's just money, right? Her son will have plenty later!

Aunt Cui got into the car happily, clutching the bag tightly to her chest. The bumpy ride made her dizzy.

When they arrived, Aunt Cui climbed out of the car and looked at the place that looked like a warehouse. Just as she was about to say something, the young man stepped on the gas and drove the car far away.
