The old woman cried as she criticized current events, "The world has really changed! Women are showing their arms and legs in the summer, and they even bathe naked outside. In the past, they would have been drowned in a pig cage..."
Everyone laughed again.
But some people objected and argued with the old lady. As they talked, the old lady quieted down and began to let her granddaughter and granddaughter-in-law scrub the mud off her body.

She got dressed, dried her hair, wrapped it in a towel, and left the bathroom.

Shao Jiang said, "He's soaking in the tub for a while."
Su Xueli sipped her tea and said, "No rush."

The two of them suddenly called out to each other at the same time.
Then Su Xueli said, "You go first."
"You go first, sister-in-law," Shao Jiang said modestly.
Su Xueli then said, "I wanted to ask, have you seen Yan Yan recently?"
Shao Jiang laughed, "Sister-in-law, we're asking the same question. I've also been thinking about Yan Yan lately."
A hint of shyness appeared on his face.
Su Xueli frowned and said, "I've been very busy with things at home lately, so I haven't seen her. She hasn't come to see me either. She's probably busy making money at the market."

Su Xueli wrapped her clothes up and left the Shaojiang Bathhouse, heading towards the market.
She arrived at Yan Yan's usual stall location and found her busy collecting money and handing out items.
"Yan Yan!" Su Xueli walked over happily.
"Oh, Shirley, you've finally come to see me! I've missed you so much these past few days. I was just saying if you hadn't come to see me, I would have gone to your in-laws' house to find you," Yan Yan exclaimed with delight upon seeing her.
Su Xueli waved her hand: "Go ahead and get busy."
Yan Yan turned around and continued to serve customers, while Su Xueli squatted down to help.
After finishing this round of work, Su Xueli asked, "Yanyan, why didn't you come to sell your goods at the last market?"
Yan Yan asked, "Did you come looking for me last time?"
Su Xueli said, "No, it's Shao Jiang who came looking for you, but he couldn't find you."
