Su Xueli's eyes lit up when she heard this, "Of course, but to be honest, the price is a bit expensive."
Liu Keyang said, "My friend is not short of money, he can pay any amount, but art is priceless."
Su Xueli smiled and said, "It's not that mysterious. Besides, he's your friend, so I'll give him a friendly price of 15 yuan each. If there are no problems, I'll come here again to deliver goods for him next time."
Liu Keyang immediately agreed: "No problem, no problem. Just tell me a specific time, and I'll be waiting for you here next time."
Su Xueli calculated and said, "Three days later."
Liu Keyang extended his hand to her, and Su Xueli, understanding, extended her hand as well. The two gave each other a high five and said, "It's a deal."
Wei Mingshen, who was engrossed in the photo, was startled awake by the crisp sound, and his lips twitched slightly.
Liu Keyang waved happily to Wei Mingshen: "Goodbye, friend."
Then, with a long stride, he mounted the motorcycle, put on his helmet, twisted the handlebars, and sped off with a "putt-putt-putt" sound. How incredibly cool was that pose?
Wei Mingshen frowned deeply, staring intently at his retreating figure until it disappeared from sight.
Su Xueli saw all of this, and she knew what he was thinking.
A man's love for cars is ingrained in his blood; he's drooling over other people's motorcycles.
“When you have money, buy one too. You’ll look even cooler riding it than he does,” Su Xueli said.
Wei Mingshen didn't turn around, his eyes fixed on the direction Liu Keyang had disappeared, and said, "Yes."
Then he handed her the envelope containing her photo.
Su Xueli took the photos and pulled them out to look at them. Sure enough, each one was so beautiful and full of artistic flair.
She secretly admired Liu Keyang, thinking that he would achieve great things in the field of photography.
She wanted to take out each one to look at, but Wei Mingshen said, "Let's go home and look at them. Let's take a car."
Su Xueli said "Oh" and quickly put the envelope into her bag, then walked with him to the station.
Once in the car heading home, Wei Mingshen said in a consultative tone, "I'll go find Lin Meizhi when I get home. You go home first."
Su Xueli said, "This is your business, you don't need to tell me."
Wei Mingshen said half-jokingly, "No, I work for you, so I have to ask the boss for leave if I need to."
Su Xueli shrugged: Whatever makes you happy.
At home, Yan Yan slept until almost noon before waking up. She felt a dull headache and her throat was parched. She wanted to get up and drink water, but her body felt heavy and she couldn't move. She groaned weakly.
"Yan Yan, you're awake!" A gentle voice sounded in my ear.
"Here, have some water."
Her head was lifted up, and a glass of warm water was brought to her lips. She gulped it down, and her throat instantly felt better.
"Shao Jiang, what brings you here?" she asked softly.
Shao Jiang put her head back on the pillow and lay down, looking down at her and saying, "Didn't you drink too much last night? Lao Wei and Xue Li went to the city to deliver goods again today, so I'll take care of you."
Yan Yan covered her face with her arm shyly and said, "I embarrassed myself again..."
"It's alright, it's alright, we're not strangers. You've been sleeping until almost noon, get up and wash up, I'll go make you some food. Tell me what you want to eat."
Yan Yan asked him, "Is it okay if there's no one in the bathhouse? You should go ahead and do your work. I'll get up and make something to eat myself."
Shao Jiang said, "The bathhouse isn't too busy. My sister is taking care of things there, so I'll focus on taking care of you today."
Yan Yan felt a warmth in her heart: This was the first time in her life that someone had specifically taken care of her.
She said in a hoarse voice, "Thank you."
Shao Jiang laughed: "Why are you thanking me? I'm embarrassed. Don't say that again."
Yan Yan said obediently, "Okay, I won't say it again."
