Chapter 52 Our Captain Names You
Meng Fan noticed that the atmosphere was not right and stood up to protect Yao Tao.
Yao Tao pushed him back with one hand.
This was her business. She didn't need him to stand up for her, nor did she want him to be implicated by her like in his previous life.
She looked at the provocateur calmly, "What do you want?"
The man taunted, "Stop pretending! You can only fool a kid like Meng Fan. Don't you know why you came to our team? You're just trying to get by on your looks. You'd better get out of here quickly. Don't wait until the armed men come and arrest you and embarrass our captain."
"What are you talking about? Sister Yao Tao didn't lie to me." Meng Fan was extremely anxious. "Sister also said that everyone on your team is very nice. Did you misunderstand something?"
"Get out of the way, kid." A team member pulled Meng Fan aside to prevent him from getting in the way.

But their formation is very annoying.
"Did I provoke anyone from your team?" Yao Tao asked the man.
"No."

"I don't know him."
"Did I cheat you out of money?"
“No.”
"That's strange. You keep saying that I cheated Wen Jiming. What did I cheat him about?"
"You know exactly what you did at resettlement site 001."
"You were the one who spread the rumor, weren't you?" The other team members stood up and echoed.
"Rumors?" Yao Tao finally realized, "So you're talking about mutant bats about to attack the resettlement site."
Everyone stared at her unkindly, "You don't admit it?"
Yao Tao said calmly, "It is true that I discovered this first, and your resettlement site will also be attacked."
Everyone laughed. "Who are you kidding? Even if bats are mutated, they still eat insects. They come out at night and never attack humans."
"If you don't believe it, forget it. I'm not forcing you to believe it." The only thing she was worried about was Meng Fan. She didn't care whether these people were dead or alive.

In their opinion, an outsider daring to hurt their team members in front of them was clearly a provocation!
Yao Tao looked disdainful and asked, "Why are there so many idiots in Wen Jiming's team?"
"What did you say?"
This statement was tantamount to humiliating all members of Wen Jiming's team.
Just as the two sides were about to fight, five armed men came over. Led by a team member, they came to the campfire.
"It's her." The team member leading the way pointed at Yao Tao.
The armed man looked Yao Tao up and down and said, "Come with us."

What's more, she knew the official regulations and would not actively attack survivors.
"You are suspected of spreading rumors. Our captain wants to arrest you." The armed man said coldly.
