Did they steal my lines in Chapter 4?

"Second Brother, Hongxi is so cute." Yinzhen couldn't help but pinch Hongxi's little cheek.

Uncle Nine has a shop selling foreign trinkets; I like everything there. It would be even better if Uncle Nine could give me some.

Yinreng took a sip of tea and said slowly, "If you really think this kid is cute, then send him some of the foreign trinkets from your shop. What's the use of just saying it? You have to take action."

Ahhh, my father is my god.

Yinreng curled the corners of his mouth smugly.

Yinzhen's smile froze.

What happened? He just came to tease the child, how did he lose money so quickly?

Upon seeing this, Yin'e immediately withdrew his head, fearing that he too would be targeted by the Crown Prince.

It's heartbreaking that Uncle Ten still relies on Uncle Nine for support.

Yinreng almost spat out the tea in his mouth. He glanced at Yin'e, who seemed to be lost in thought, and snorted, "Tenth Prince, you're not a child anymore. You can't always be following Ninth Prince around. I'll arrange some tasks for you when we get back."

[Father is so good to Tenth Uncle, already worrying about him now. Tenth Uncle must appreciate it.]

Yin'e looked dazed.

Both were taking care of children, but Lao Jiu lost money, while Lao Jiu lost his freedom.

Yin'e quickly waved his hand, "Second brother, you've gone to so much trouble. I'm fine now and don't need any errands."

"How so? Old Jiu has his own business to worry about, what do you have? Besides following around like a shadow all day, what else can you do?"

Yin'e was displeased. "At least I have the backing of the Niohuru clan, so even if I don't have any official duties, I'm not short of money."

Pshaw, who do you think you are?

Yinreng nodded in satisfaction. "In that case, you should also prepare a gift for your nephew."

Yin'e...

Did he miss something?

How did things suddenly jump from looking for a job to preparing gifts?

He looked at Yinzhen in astonishment, only to find that the other man's expression was no better.

"Second Brother, we have something to attend to, so we'll head back first." Yin Tang grabbed Yin E's hand and quickly fled the scene.

This is practically a gold mine!

"Ninth Brother, Tenth Brother, what mischief have you two gotten into this time? Why are you in such a panic?"

Just as Yinzhen and Yin'e returned to their carriage, they saw Yinti riding over leisurely on horseback, looking down at them with a scrutinizing gaze.

Although the two were not convinced by Yinti, he was the eldest brother, and his aura, honed through years of fighting in the army, was naturally beyond their reach.

"I just went to see my second brother's son, Hongxi."

When Hongxi was mentioned, Yinti smiled and said, "That kid is quite cute."

Yinzhen and Yin'e looked at Yinti as if he were a monster. "Brother, you've seen that child too?"

Yinti nodded. "I've met you before. What's wrong?"

Did your second brother ask you for a gift?

Yinti was somewhat puzzled, "Why would his child ask for a gift from Master?"

After saying that, he raised his whip and headed towards Kangxi's carriage, leaving Yinzhen and Yin'e bewildered in the wind.

"Father, must you be tired from the journey? Would you like to ride a horse with your son?"

Yinqi raised his riding whip as he watched Kangxi standing under the shade of a tree talking to Zhang Tingyu.

Kangxi turned his head away, somewhat annoyed.

How could he have given birth to such an unreliable son? Fortunately, the eldest son is unreliable and simple-minded, otherwise he might have caused a lot of trouble for the second son.

"Go play by yourself." Kangxi really didn't want to waste any more words with him.

Seeing this, Zhang Tingyu couldn't help but laugh, "Prince Zhi is a simple and honest person. Although he is the eldest son, he is also kind."

Upon hearing this, Kangxi nodded in agreement, "If he had the temperament of the Eighth Prince or the Third Prince, my Bao Cheng would probably be in for a lot of trouble."

Zhang Tingyu fell silent, his gaze fixed on the carriage with its curtains tightly shut.

He naturally knew that His Highness the Crown Prince was sitting in the carriage, and who else could be so carefully taken care of by Kangxi along the way?

Just as she was thinking this, she saw a pair of jade-like white hands lift the carriage curtain, and then she saw Yinreng carrying a baby as he stepped down from the carriage.

Emperor Kangxi was being served tea when he saw Yinreng get out of the carriage and immediately got up to greet him.

"Baocheng, why did you suddenly come down? Did you want to get some fresh air?" As she spoke, she gestured for Liang Jiugong to carry Hongxi away.

Yinreng, however, did not let go. Instead, he placed the child directly into Kangxi's arms and glanced at Yinti, who had just ridden to a spot not far away.

"Big brother, shall we ride horses together?"

Yinti was startled by the voice and almost fell off his horse.

He pulled on the reins and turned to look at the culprit, only to see a moon-white figure waving at him in the sunlight.

In a fleeting moment of confusion, Yinti felt that the person in front of him was not his younger brother with whom he had bickered since childhood, but a god descended to earth.

My uncle must have been captivated by my mother's beauty; there's no way around it, she's the most beautiful woman.

Yinreng: Is this kid full of flattery?

"Riding a horse is fine, but we need to agree on this beforehand: if you lose, you're not allowed to cry." Yinti ran over excitedly to make his terms.

Yinreng was naturally not afraid.

Soon, He Yuzhu brought over a gentle pony.

Emperor Kangxi originally wanted to stop him, but seeing that his beloved crown prince was in high spirits, he was afraid that stopping him at this time would anger him.

After thinking for a moment, he sternly looked at Yinti and said, "As the older brother, you should be kind to your younger brother and be careful."

Yinti curled his lip, "Baocheng is a grown man in his twenties, what could possibly happen if he rides a horse?"
