"I've eaten, I've eaten. My child brought me breakfast and I'm off to work."
"This caregiver is so irresponsible, we should just replace her. We should still call a nurse if necessary."
Aunt Wang sat down to the side. How could she have lost so much weight in just a few days?
Seeing that the medicine was almost gone, Yang Yufen called the nurse in again. After the nurse changed the medicine, the caregiver still hadn't arrived.
They had originally planned to come and take a look, chat for a while, and then leave, but now Yang Yufen and Aunt Wang just sat there and wouldn't leave.
Around noon, Yang Yufen went directly to a noodle shop to pack some food for Aunt Liu. The caregiver didn't appear until the meal was almost finished.
A woman in her thirties, who looked plump and well-fed, didn't seem like the type to work as a caregiver at all.

The woman came up, feigning interest.
"I don't need you anymore, you can leave now."
Aunt Liu spoke.
"Grandma, how can you do this? Your son asked me to take care of you. What's wrong with you? If you tell me to leave, I won't give you my money back."

Aunt Liu was furious when she heard this.
"Let go of my hand. These are the eggs I brought. Who gave you permission to touch them?"
Yang Yufen saw that this person was not only shameless, but also had three hands, taking everything they brought to see the patient.
"Since you brought them here to see the old lady, and I need to cook for her, you should definitely take these things with you."
The woman spoke as if it were perfectly reasonable.

Hearing the bell, the woman became a little anxious.

Aunt Wang spoke, patting Aunt Liu on the shoulder.
"You guys are being completely unreasonable!"
Yang Yufen picked up all the things and put them away, not letting the woman touch them. The nurse came over quickly.
"What's wrong?"
"Nurse, this person is disturbing the patient's rest."
Aunt Wang spoke.
“I am the caregiver hired by this old lady’s son. These two old ladies wanted to kick me out as soon as I arrived.”
“I don’t need this caregiver. They’ve been gone all morning. They’re trying to starve me. They even stole my things.”
Aunt Liu spoke.
Upon hearing this, the nurse, who was in charge of the patient, realized that she hadn't seen the caregiver all morning and probably knew what was going on.
"Please leave, you're disturbing the patient's rest."
The nurse spoke up, and the woman left, cursing and swearing, not daring to actually cause trouble.
"Actually, it would be good to change caregivers. Although she is strong, she has never been very attentive to taking care of people."
The nurse said something before she left.
