Chapter 50 Do You Remember Me? (1/2)

"That's great! This place is going to be so lively from now on."

Aunt Wang was delighted to hear this and eagerly offered to help.

"Mom, you can live in this room from now on. I'll live across the hall. This room is for the kids when they're older. You can use it to store things for now. Mom can arrange the front and back yards as you see fit."

Qin Nian pointed out the largest room to Yang Yufen.

“I don’t need such a big room. You can live in this one. Mom will get you a big desk so it will be easier for you to read and teach the kids to do their homework. This room is nice too. It faces the sun and is next to the kitchen. It’s warm in winter and convenient for getting up and doing chores.”

Yang Yufen looked around the house and had already decided what else she wanted to buy.

"We can get a bamboo bed later. The child gets hot in the summer. This yard is big. We can set up a frame for the bamboo bed and hang a mosquito net on it so that the child can sleep directly in the yard at night. When we don't need it, we can put it in the child's room. We can also build a cabinet so that we have a place to put things when we have more."

"I'll do whatever Mom says, but won't that make things too hard for her?"

"These are all things that can be done easily, you don't need to worry about them."

The daughter-in-law specifically pointed out the largest room for her to live in. Yang Yufen was happy just hearing that. What a wonderful daughter-in-law! So why did her own unborn child have to have a mouth?

"Achoo~"

"Achoo~"

"Achoo~"

"Ah Xian, are you alright?"

"It's nothing, maybe someone is cursing at me. Brother Lan, please continue."

"Rou Rou is pregnant, and it's not safe for me here. I'll arrange for someone to take you back to the mainland. Once you get there, someone will meet you."

"Brother Lan, are you telling us to leave? No way! Brother Lan, please arrange for someone else to take Rou Rou away. I'll protect you."

“I have no shortage of people protecting me. It would be very troublesome for them to go to the mainland to change their identities. You are different. You already have mainland identities. Didn’t you want to find your family? Maybe you’ll remember them when you go back.”

"Brother Lan has found so many doctors for me, and they all said that I might never remember anything in my life. Maybe I never had any family at all, and it was just my own imagination. Brother Lan, I still want to stay and protect you."

"Ah Xian, I can only trust you now. I've left Rou Rou enough things to protect herself over there. Once things calm down, Rou Rou will know where to go."

"I don't have much to prepare for you right now. The money here won't be enough to use over there. This watch is still worth some money, so keep it as a memento. If we meet again in the future, brothers, this should be enough for you and Rou Rou to settle down."

A cigarette box was full of gold bars.

Just as Qin Nian was about to go to the security office to ask for help moving furniture, Hu Jun arrived with several people.

"Big brother."

“Niannian, you’ve lost weight, but you look much more energetic than before. Dad said you’re moving today, so I brought some people to help you.”

"Hello, girl."

"Does the girl still remember me?"

"Brother Lin."

"This girl has a really good memory."

Lin Hui grinned, showing his big teeth. It had actually been seven or eight years since they last met.

"Let's move the things first, Nian Nian, you lead the way."

Okay, thank you everyone.

Seeing that there were quite a few people, Qin Nian decided not to go to the security department to call anyone.

A group of grown men, all soldiers, were incredibly strong. Two men could lift the large items like the cabinets. Hu Jun even borrowed a car, and everything, including all the furniture and odds and ends, was moved to the car in one go.

"Aunt Yang, we've come to help you move."

"Brother Niannian is here. Thank you for your hard work in moving things into this room."

Yang Yufen didn't argue much when she saw people carrying things. She pointed to the cleaned-up house and told them to move the things inside first.
