Just then, a nurse patrolling the base noticed and immediately pulled the elderly woman away, asking, "What happened to him? Was he bitten by a zombie?"
The old woman cried, tears streaming down her face, "No, no, Ah Hu just had another seizure."
The nurse didn't believe it, so she pulled back the blanket covering the man. She saw that a piece of flesh had been torn off his arm by two rows of teeth marks! The wound had already turned black and spread to his entire arm!
The nurse screamed. At that moment, the man's eyes rolled back, foam spilled from his mouth, and the next instant, veins bulged all over his body. At the medical station counter, bloodstains were everywhere, and papers from the nurses' station, containing patients' medical records and treatment plans, lay scattered on the floor, now rendered meaningless.
In the corridor, scattered medicine bottles and surgical instruments lay on the floor, mixed with bloodstains. On the walls, the faint cries of doctors calling for help echoed, sounding particularly mournful.
