Chapter 22 Old Lady Su

"Xiaoyi!" Qin Qin, who had walked in together, saw Zhou Yi and heard the young woman next to her call out. She turned to look at the woman and said, "Huh? Qin Yue, you know Xiaoyi too?"

"Aunt, how do you know this fat guy?" Qin Yue frowned.

The three people who came in together were Old Lady Su, Qin Qin and Qin Yue.

"Qin Yue, where is your upbringing?" Qin Qin gave Qin Yue a stern look.

"Aunt, you don't know, this fat guy and the thief bullied me this morning." Qin Yue exaggerated and complained first.

"Who else can bully you?" Qin Qin was obviously very clear about Qin Yue's temperament. She didn't believe that anyone else could bully her. She was very lucky not to bully others. "Xiaoyi, what do you say?"

Zhou Yi described what happened in the morning in just two simple sentences, very objectively.

"Xiao Yue, they offered you a helping hand, but you didn't even say a word of thanks. You even cursed them in the street, and now you're turning the tables on them. You can't be like this."

Old Mrs. Su standing by couldn't help but change her expression and started to lecture him.

"Grandma Su, won't you help me too?" Qin Yue took Grandma Su's arm with a feeling of grievance, half acting coquettishly.

"Qin Yue, you still don't know you're wrong. I think everyone has really spoiled you, allowing you to be so domineering and uneducated outside. I'm going to talk to my brother and sister-in-law about this when I get home tonight. You're really disappointing." Qin Qin's voice was low, but very stern.

This was the first time she scolded Qin Yue harshly. Seeing the child she had spoiled become like this, she was really very angry.

"Bad aunt~" Qin Yue cried aggrievedly and turned around and ran out.

Since she was the only girl in the Qin and Su families, everyone had been obedient to her and spoiled her since she was a child, including Qin Qin.

He actually scolded her in public today. It was all that fat guy's fault. She was even more angry with Zhou Yi in her heart.

Since her aunt didn't help her, she went to her eldest brother to vent her anger.

"Xiaoyi, I'm sorry to have embarrassed you. This child has been spoiled by us since childhood. Please don't take it to heart." Qin Qin said apologetically.

Zhou Yi really didn't think that it would be such a coincidence that Qin Yue and Qin Qin had such a relationship.

It seems that Mrs. Su and Qin Qin are not the kind of parents who only know how to spoil their children.

Seeing Qin Qin's apologetic face, Zhou Yi didn't want the atmosphere to be too awkward, and secondly, he really didn't take it seriously, so he smiled and said, "Aunt Qin, it's a small matter. I didn't take it to heart."

"Xiaoqin, who is this?" Old Mrs. Su asked Qin Qin.

"Mom, this is the young girl who saved you on the train, Zhou Yi." Qin Qin smiled slightly and spoke softly to Old Lady Su respectfully.

"Oh my! The flood has washed away the Dragon King Temple. Family members don't recognize family members. My savior is right in front of me, but I don't recognize him."

Old Mrs. Su was a little excited. She took Zhou Yi's hand and continued:

"Xiaoyi, thank you so much. If it weren't for you, I wouldn't be standing here today."

"Mrs. Su, please calm down. Don't get too excited. Take care of yourself." Seeing that the old lady was a little excited, Zhou Yi quickly said, "It's just a small favor. There's really no need to thank me. Besides, Uncle Su and Aunt Qin have already thanked you."

"Okay, okay, I was just saying that I would invite you to my house one of these two days. I didn't expect to meet you here today." Old Mrs. Su said with a smile on her face.

"Mom, this is fate." Qin Qin said with a smile, "We are destined to be with Xiaoyi."

"Yes, yes, it's all fate. Xiaoyi, why are you here?" Mrs. Su took Zhou Yi's hand.

"Grandpa White Hair invited me here." Zhou Yi looked at Master Li Ren and did not mention his own work.

"Xiao Li, do you also know Xiaoyi?" Old Mrs. Su turned and looked at Master Li Renshi.

Calling the calligraphy master Li Renshi "Xiao Li"? Zhou Yi was completely confused.

"Teacher Su, this is Zhou Yi. Look who signed this calligraphy?" Master Li Ren glanced at Zhou Yi, then turned around and pointed at the 'Autobiography' behind him.

Old Madam Su and Qin Qin were both attracted by the cursive calligraphy at the back, and they exclaimed as they read, "Beautiful calligraphy, beautiful calligraphy!"

The two of them looked down and saw the signature 'Zhou Yi'? He turned back to glance at Zhou Yi, his eyes filled with surprise:

"Xiaoyi, did you write this work?" Old Mrs. Su became excited again.

"Mrs. Su, take a deep breath and calm down." Doctor Zhou Yi's occupational illness came back, and he gestured for Mrs. Su to calm down. He continued, "It's just a piece of calligraphy, nothing serious."

"Xiaoyi, you are too modest. This calligraphy is unrestrained and free-spirited, with a freehand brushstroke. Hundreds of words were written in one go. It's amazing. No one in the entire Jinghai City can write like it, including me." Old Mrs. Su obediently took two deep breaths and gave a high evaluation.

"Teacher Su has a keen eye. Today's scoring has ended. This cursive calligraphy has a good chance of winning the championship." Master Li Ren said humbly.

"It's very likely? Is there someone who can write better? Who is it?" There was some surprise in Old Mrs. Su's eyes.

"Uh~" Li Renshi began to stammer.

"Who?" Old Mrs. Su asked again in a low voice, with more majesty in her tone.

"Qin Yue from the Qin family." Li Renshi closed his eyes after saying this, as if waiting for criticism.

"Xiao Li, I think you're going backwards. How can Qin Yue's level be compared with this work? Are you trying to turn the Calligraphy Association's first brush competition into its last? You're confused."

Old Madam Su was too excited. Her body was shaky after she finished speaking and she took a step back. She knew why this result came out. It was the face issue of the Qin and Su families, plus that girl Qin Yue, ah!

It's getting more and more outrageous...
