Chapter 22 Old Lady Su

"Teacher Su, don't be angry. I will go and talk to those people now. Please don't get yourself hurt by getting angry." Master Li Ren wanted to go forward to help, but he didn't dare to.

"Aren't you going yet?" Old Mrs. Su shouted in a low voice.

"Go, go, I'll go right away." Li Renshi glanced at Zhou Yi with a flickering look, apologetically, then turned around and walked out of the exhibition hall.

"Mrs. Su, please don't get excited. Your body can't bear it." Zhou Yi and Qin Qin each stood on one side and supported Mrs. Su to the lounge on the side.

"Yes, Mom, don't make yourself angry. I will go back and deal with Qin Yue tonight." Qin Qin helped the old lady sit down, with a look of worry and apology on her face. If the old lady was angry because of Qin Yue, she would be unforgivable.

Tang Xiaoqing quickly walked to the side and poured a glass of water and brought it over.

Old Mrs. Su waved her hand and took the cup of water handed to her by Tang Xiaoqing.

"Xiaoyi, you are a good child." Old Mrs. Su took a deep breath and spoke slowly.

"I just practiced for fun when I was a kid. There was nothing else to do in the village, so I just followed my grandfather to write for fun." Zhou Yi's face had no extra expression, let alone a look of pride. He just spoke very casually.

"Your grandfather has raised an excellent child. When you have time, invite your grandfather over for a simple meal." Old Mrs. Su smiled kindly.

Zhou Yi's face showed sadness, "My grandfather is gone."

"I'm sorry." Old Mrs. Su felt a little guilty and mentioned her sad story.

Qin Qin was standing by, looking at Zhou Yi with distressed eyes.

"It's okay. A year has passed and I have accepted this fact." Zhou Yi whispered. The original owner had a very good relationship with her grandfather. This emotion was so strong that it infected her.

"What about your parents?" Old Mrs. Su continued to ask.

"I don't have parents, I only have my grandfather since I was a child." The original owner was extremely indifferent to the matter of parents, probably because her grandfather gave her enough love.

"What a lovely child." Old Mrs. Su pulled Zhou Yi with heartache, wanting to give her a hug.

I don’t know why, but when they talked about this, both Old Lady Su and Qin Qin’s moods became noticeably lower, and they even looked deeply sad.

Especially Qin Qin, her eyes had begun to look empty.

"It's okay. Look, my grandfather raised me so well. I'm multi-talented and juicy."

Zhou Yi couldn't stand this kind of atmosphere and could only make a joke about his own flesh.
