Zhang Meng nodded, "I see. Which room is she in? I'll go in and take a look."
When she came in just now, she looked around the house and didn't see any ghosts.
When Liang's mother heard Zhang Meng's question, she immediately pointed to the first room on the second floor and said, "It's the first room upstairs. I'll take you up there."
Zhang Meng nodded. Soon, the two of them went up to the second floor, one in front of the other.
As soon as Liang's mother opened the door of the first room, a burst of smell immediately rushed out.
Zhang Meng immediately covered her nose, frowned, and followed Liang's mother in.
Liang's mother frowned and walked to the bulged thing on the bed, pulled back the quilt, revealing Liang Wenwen, who was so skinny that she looked like a bag of bones.
"Ah, don't hurt me, I haven't killed you, please let me go, I haven't killed you, please let me go, I beg you."
On the bed, Liang Wenwen was curled up in a ball, holding her head and screaming.
Seeing her daughter like this, Liang's mother was so distressed that she burst into tears. She hugged the trembling Liang Wenwen and cried and begged, "Wenwen, Mommy, please, please don't be like this, Mommy, please."
Liang Wenwen slowly came to her senses, looked at her mother with lifeless eyes, and cried out, "Mom, I want to die, I want to die. She kept telling me that I killed her. I didn't. I haven't killed anyone. Why did she come after me? Why?" At the end, Liang Wenwen cried and shouted excitedly.
Seeing this, Liang's mother hugged her tightly again and comforted her, "Mom knows you are a good child. You have never hurt anyone. Someone must have hurt you. Mom found Master Zhang for you. She will definitely help you drive away the female ghost. Trust Mom."
As soon as Liang Wenwen heard her words, she immediately raised her head and looked towards Zhang Meng.
"Zhang Meng!" Although Liang Wenwen looked neither human nor ghost now, her eyes were still sharp and she recognized Zhang Meng at once.
Zhang Meng looked at her expressionlessly. "Liang Wenwen, let me ask you, why did you write a letter to report me and my man? Did we offend you in any way?"
Liang Wenwen immediately lowered her head in shame. After a long while, she hesitantly explained, "I, I didn't mean to harm you. It was Zhou Jian, Zhou Jian said he was being oppressed by your man and asked me to help him. He gave me this idea, so I did it! I'm sorry, I'm sorry."
When Zhang Meng thought of Zhou Jian's gentle appearance, she immediately felt disgusted. She never thought that a person like him was actually a wolf in sheep's clothing.
"You are in this state now. Where is your husband? Why isn't he by your side?" Zhang Meng asked her coldly, looking at her lonely and pitiful face.
Liang Wenwen suddenly laughed at herself, "He's a bastard. He knew I was being haunted, so he moved into his office that very night."
Just then, a gust of cold wind blew in from outside the window.
Then, a pregnant woman covered in blood suddenly crawled out of the mirror in this room and slowly crawled to Liang Wenwen.
The big-bellied female ghost smiled at Liang Wenwen, revealing two rows of bloody teeth, and whispered into her ear, "Give me back my life!"
Liang Wenwen, who was being held by her mother, suddenly had her eyes wide open, and she began to shout again, trembling all over, "She's coming again, she's talking in my ear again!"
Seeing her daughter's attack again, Liang's mother quickly looked towards Zhang Meng and pleaded, "Comrade Zhang, please, save my daughter. I beg you."
Zhang Meng's expression faltered, and she said expressionlessly to the pregnant female ghost who was whispering in Liang Wenwen's ear, "Every wrong has its perpetrator, and every debt has its creditor. Do you think it's fun to tease me like this now?"
The pregnant ghost who was playing with Liang Wenwen stopped immediately upon hearing this. She bared her teeth and yelled at Zhang Meng, "Mind your own business! Although my death wasn't directly caused by this woman, she was also involved. If she hadn't been obsessed with that unfaithful man Zhou Jian, Zhou Jian wouldn't have let the hospital's obstetricians kill me and my child in my labor just to get promoted and make money. My child and I are so innocent!"
Zhang Meng glanced displeasedly at Liang Wenwen, who was looking around nervously, and said coldly, "It seems that you are in this state today because of your own fault. If you hadn't wanted to get your own lover, there wouldn't be two dead people."
As soon as she said this, Liang's mother and Liang Wenwen looked at her as if they didn't understand. In the end, Liang's mother spoke first, "Master Zhang, what are you talking about? We don't understand!"
Zhang Meng snorted coldly, "You'll know what's going on in a moment."
Thinking of the stupid things Liang Wenwen had done, Zhang Meng decided to make this woman see clearly the mistakes she had made.
After she finished speaking, Zhang Meng immediately took out an eye-opening talisman from her backpack. With the incantation she chanted, she drew the talisman in front of the mother and daughter.
"Now you can take a good look at the sins you have committed." Zhang Meng stepped aside.
Immediately afterwards, the screams of the mother and daughter were heard in the room.
The Liang family mother and daughter hugged each other tightly in fear. Seeing how frightened they were, the pregnant female ghost laughed heartily and looked at Zhang Meng with a grateful look. "Master, I originally thought you were invited by the Liang family to take me in. Please don't blame me for any offense I caused you."
Zhang Meng waved at the pregnant female ghost, then glanced at the Liang family mother and daughter who were huddled together on the bed and shivering, a disdainful smile flashed across her lips.
"What are you afraid of? The reason why I became like this is all thanks to you, Liang Wenwen! What qualifications do you have to be afraid?" Zhang Meng yelled at her angrily.
