Looking at the sky outside the window, Li Xiao didn't really want to go out, so she remained silent.
Tian Tian glanced at Li Xiao, and seeing that she had no desire to go out, she looked at Qiu Fengyu. Seeing Qiu Fengyu nod, she was delighted, "I'll go with Sister Fengyu."
That leaves Li Xiao and Cheng Shaolin.
Everyone understood that if Li Xiao didn't go out, Cheng Shaolin probably wouldn't go either.
"Then you stay here. You'll feel more at ease with Li Xiao all by yourself." Yu Yanbin patted Cheng Shaolin on the shoulder.
Cheng Shaolin nodded, it was meaningless. "Be careful, all of you. Come back if anything happens. Also, the weather outside is strange, so take care of yourselves."
Everyone followed Cheng Shaolin's gaze to the window, where it still felt dark and gloomy, as it was not yet dawn.
"Okay. Got it." Shao Jie nodded in agreement first. "Just going for a walk, to find out as much as we can before the weather changes."
Cheng Shaolin nodded slowly.
Everyone had left, and the room instantly became quiet. Cheng Shaolin helped Li Xiao wash the dishes.
One washes, the other wipes; it's a harmonious and peaceful scene.
Cheng Shaolin smiled slightly, thinking that this was somewhat like home life.
Li Xiao turned her head to look at him, "What are you laughing at?"
Cheng Shaolin looked at her with a smile, afraid that Li Xiao would be angry if he told her.
Seeing Li Xiao staring intently at him, Cheng Shaolin coughed lightly, "It's nothing, it's just that I feel like we're a married couple living together now."
Li Xiao was clearly taken aback; she hadn't expected Cheng Shaolin to say that. Her heart skipped a beat, and she felt a little flustered. Suppressing her slight panic, she composed herself and said, "Are you deliberately not going out?"
Cheng Shaolin quickly shook his head.
