Director Sun glanced at it; a name and number were written on it. He said, "Li Yulong!!"
Li Yulong walked over, looking troubled. The handcuffs were his, but he hadn't put them on himself. He absolutely wouldn't take the blame for this. He stepped forward and hurriedly said, "It wasn't me, it was Captain Qin!"
