Lu Feng was just surprised. Logically speaking, it was impossible for someone like Liu Guodong to personally come to make an arrest of this scale. Even if he was being presumptuous, it wouldn't be appropriate for him to come if Liu Guodong was after him!
Now everything makes sense; they were actually trying to poach Huang Youwei's employees.
"You and Mr. Huang are classmates, right?"
"You call him General Manager Huang?" Liu Guodong asked in surprise.
“When I first met him, he was the general manager of a state-owned enterprise, so I was used to calling him that,” Lu Feng explained.
“We were high school classmates. You know, there are a lot of people in a high school class. Old Huang and I weren’t that close. We were just roommates. After the college entrance exam was reinstated, he got into a teachers’ college. I was already working in the power supply system at the time, so I didn’t take the exam. The fact that you’ve managed to thrive means you’re the biggest swindler among big swindlers.” Liu Guodong lit a cigarette and said into the night wind, “I’m curious where your start-up capital came from.”
"This is a trade secret!" Lu Feng said with a wry smile.
“During the Spring Festival, I led a delegation to Suzhou for an inspection. "I will definitely consider it seriously. Don't worry, Xiaoshan is a good place. Once the company has a foothold and market sales have increased, we will definitely set up a branch factory!" Lu Feng said earnestly.
"I know that pressing you now won't get us anywhere. It's getting late, so you should go home and get some rest. I was thinking of inviting you to dinner so that the people from the investment promotion office could meet with you, but with so many people arrested, they probably won't have time for a while."
"I'll treat you to a meal. We'll have plenty of opportunities. Whenever you're free, I'm available," Lu Feng said politely.

Lu Feng turned around and saw He Xiaohui standing there. He waved to her and said, "You're going back now. Your mission is over, right?"
He Xiaohui nodded, watching Lu Feng get into the car and drive away. She felt a little lost, an indescribable feeling. After thinking for a while, she smiled. She and he were from two different worlds. Most people in this world were just passersby.
Liu Guodong sighed and muttered to himself that Huang Youwei had always been luckier than him when they were in school, and it was still the same in middle age. When would he ever meet such a capable and valiant pawn?
It was almost 1 a.m. when Lu Feng returned to the hotel. When he opened the door, he found someone sitting in his room. Upon closer inspection, he realized it was Li Na.
"Why are you in my room?" Lu Feng asked, puzzled. "Why aren't you asleep so late?"
“Those people all suddenly left, saying they received a call and the protection was ending tonight.” Li Na stood up somewhat flustered and said, “Won’t something happen tonight? How did your talk with Hu Yaoqing go?”
Seeing her like a frightened little bird, Lu Feng sighed, sat down to change his slippers, and inwardly felt sorry for her. He said, "Don't be afraid, sit down. Hu Yaoqing and his gang have been arrested. That's why they were taken away."
"Arrested?"
Lu Feng nodded and said, "Don't worry, he won't be out anytime soon. He might be executed for a serious crime. He'll take over the factory tomorrow."
