The junior supervisor glanced at Lu Feng, whose hair was multicolored and who was quite young. He guessed Lu Feng was an employee from another production team and ignored him.
He turned to Niu Jiayi and said, "Go to the HR department to complete the formalities, or you can just leave and I'll help you with the procedures later!"
Niu Jiayi stood there blankly like a wooden statue, her eyes red from crying. She was completely at a loss and had no idea what to do.
The crowd began to murmur again, with many expressing their dissatisfaction.
“Niu Jiayi is the fastest in our group. If we fire her, who will be able to keep up if the assembly line speeds up?”
"That's right, Gao Zhiqiang has only been here for a few days, he's just relying on being the supervisor's cousin."
“If Niu Jiayi leaves, I’ll quit even if I’ve already received my salary this month. I might end up taking the blame for him someday.”
Hearing the accusations behind him, Gao Zhiqiang became furious. He turned around, his burly figure, over 1.8 meters tall, and his inexperienced face raised his hand and pointed at everyone arrogantly, saying, "Shut up! Do you want to work here or not? If you don't, get out of here. My brother has no shortage of men, you know?"
The supervisor stood there with his arms crossed, coldly observing everything that was happening.
“If it’s your problem, then it’s your problem. Now you can get out of here,” Gao Zhiqiang said to Niu Jiayi.
Niu Jiayi was exhausted from crying and sobbed, "Is it because I don't want to date you that you're deliberately messing with me? There are less than five days left until payday."
Gao Zhiqiang was quite blunt, stepping forward and staring at Niu Jiayi, saying, "I told you, you won't suffer if you follow me. If you refuse to listen to reason, then don't blame me!"
As Lu Feng watched this scene unfold, he took a deep breath. He knew a term called "mutual harm among the lower classes." They were often obedient to those in higher positions or social status than themselves, but they were particularly ruthless towards those at the bottom like themselves.
As the saying goes, it's easier to see the King of Hell than to deal with his underlings.
Lu Feng was quite familiar with the company's internal management rules, and couldn't help but say, "Young lady, don't cry. You can appeal to the HR department. It's not like they can just fire you whenever they want. As long as your performance evaluation meets the standards, there won't be a problem."
The system was originally designed to prevent the decentralization of power from leading to abuse of power by those below, serving as a check and balance.
The supervisor's expression darkened. He didn't want ordinary employees to know about this policy, and he said in a stern voice, "Who are you? Which group are you from? What are you doing standing here during our group meeting?"
“I can stand here and stay here. This isn’t your home.” Lu Feng looked at him and said, “When a problem occurs, you should find the specific person responsible, instead of dragging these people here after work and yelling at them endlessly. Are you forcing a young girl to date you?”
Lu Feng still had a commanding presence. He stood there and spoke to the two of them, and no one dared to say anything. The problem was that the colors on his head were too colorful and didn't look very classy.
Although Gao Zhiqiang hadn't been there long, he was arrogant and domineering because his cousin was a minor leader. Moreover, his purpose in coming to the factory was very clear: he wanted to find a wife.
"What does this have to do with you? Let me tell you, get the hell out of here, you hear me?" Gao Zhiqiang's face trembled with menacing rage.
"This has nothing to do with whether I leave or not; the employees need to know that this channel exists..."
The junior manager was already impatient. Holding a folder, he pointed at Lu Feng and asked, "Which group are you in? What's your manager's name?"
"Does that matter? We're talking business right now!" Lu Feng said to the two of them.
Groups of three or five people came out of the factory. Just now, three or five groups of people had walked by. Some stopped to take a look, while others left directly, not wanting to cause trouble.
"Dude, buddy, this has nothing to do with you, don't cause trouble."
"Let's go, let's go!"
"She's not your boyfriend, why are you so nosy?"
A kind person nearby reached out and pulled Lu Feng's arm, telling him to stop meddling. There were more than 10,000 people in all departments of the factory, and people came and went every day. He should just mind his own business.
"Don't pull me!" Lu Feng pried the hand off him and said in a deep voice, "I'm taking charge of this today, so don't anyone try to stop me!"
The people who had tried to pull him away stopped and stood by watching the spectacle.
"Do these young people think they can do it?"
"They probably think they're helping someone in need, but they don't realize they're nothing at all."
"Exactly, what right do they have to tell others what to do?"
"That's perfectly normal. They're all young people, some just out of school. Didn't two dorms get into a fight a few days ago?"
Lu Feng looked at the girl named Niu Jiayi and said, "Don't cry, I'll take you to the personnel department."
"Wait a minute, who are you working for?" the junior manager asked.
"None of these things matter."
"My brother is asking you a question!!" Gao Zhiqiang shouted angrily.
"Let's go to the personnel department," Lu Feng said to Niu Jiayi.
"Going anywhere won't help. I said she did it, and that's it. Let me tell you, don't get involved, or you'll lose your salary too." The supervisor said to Lu Feng, his voice full of threat.
"You think it's useless just because you say so?" Lu Feng still insisted on going to the personnel department.
The crowd had already gathered several layers deep. Before they could even leave, a man in his thirties pushed through the crowd and asked, "What's going on? Are you fighting?"
"General Manager Liao is here!"
"Oh no, this has blown up."
"What brings you here, Mr. Liao?"
Mr. Liao?
Lu Feng sized up the man, not recognizing him. Since he was a manager, he must be someone important. He asked, "Which department are you from?"
