Chapter 756 Quick Start

Jiafeng Electronics' business model is absolutely refreshing for companies of this era, as most private enterprises in the 1990s were family businesses.

He opened his own factory and invited all his relatives to come and invest money together. They were his own people, so he could rely on them. This is why Lu Feng was constantly asked by his relatives and classmates if he could come to the factory to help out.

Jiafeng's model is also a debt-financed business model, with diversified industrial development, which can form a large group in a short period of time. This is very attractive to many young people who want to become prominent in the country within a few years.

The next day, at 10 a.m., the plane landed at Bao'an Airport. Lu Feng walked out through the private passage and was greeted by a man in his thirties who said to him, "Mr. Lu, I'm here to pick you up."

Lu Feng nodded and got into the car.

For the past two days, Kevin has been staying at the company, and he has only remembered one thing: to keep pestering Lu Feng until he gets to the bottom of things and makes him compensate him.

Upon entering the headquarters, the young woman at the reception desk saw Lu Feng and hurriedly greeted him, "Hello, Mr. Lu!"

"Okay!" Lu Feng replied casually.

"Mr. Lu, someone has been causing trouble here for the past few days. Even Mr. Wei can't do anything about it. He said he's looking for you. Please go and take a look." The receptionist was a little anxious, clearly the news had spread throughout the company.

"Is it still there?" Lu Feng stopped and asked, puzzled.

“He comes every day. He comes when we start work and leaves when we finish get off work. He’s like a rogue.” Another receptionist said, somewhat speechless.

"Okay, I understand." Lu Feng said and walked towards the elevator.

On the fifth floor, Lu Feng stepped out of the elevator, greeted by a constant stream of voices. He responded to each greeting as he walked toward Wei Yandan's office, and knocked on the door when he reached it.

"Come in!" Wei Yandan's voice came from inside the office.

Lu Feng pushed open the door and went in. He saw Wei Yandan sitting there busy with her own things, while Kevin was sitting on the sofa in the reception area that had been partitioned off from the office.

"President Lu, you're back?" Wei Yandan said, standing up.

Kevin's mood had calmed down a lot in the past two days, but when he saw Lu Feng return, his anger instantly flared up. He stood up and shouted, "Lu Feng, you dare to come back? I thought you went out to hide."

Seeing his accusatory look, Lu Feng said in a deep voice, "Why shouldn't I dare to come back? This is my company!"

"This is your company, but what have you done? What right do you have to resign for me?" Kevin became more and more agitated, shouting, "Is there anyone like you? Do you know what this job means to a man in his fifties like me? Is this something a human being would do?"

"If you keep making a scene like this, I'll fucking have a real fight with you today." Lu Feng slammed his briefcase on the table and raised his voice, shouting, "You're a grown man, and you still have the nerve to argue with me? Don't you have any shame? You really have the nerve to come here!"

"You're a liar!" Kevin pointed at Lu Feng's face and shouted indignantly, "Big liar!!"

"Who the hell lied to you? What did I lie to you about?" Lu Feng took a step forward and shouted, "Tell me, what did I lie to you about?"

“You’re in cahoots with that Du Guoying. Don’t think I’m stupid. I know everything. You two conspired to cheat me. I’m telling you, I’m going to sue you in court. During this period when I have no income, you have to support me and my wife!” Kevin shouted.

The two were speaking so loudly, like shrewish women yelling in the street. Wei Yandan stood there somewhat at a loss, and the people outside, who had no mind to work, all pricked up their ears to eavesdrop.

"I'm still supporting you and your wife? Have you no shame? Who was it that said they wanted to work at my company? Was it you? You son of a bitch, you lied to me and then turned around and accused me!" Lu Feng got angrier and angrier as he spoke, glaring at Kevin, then turned around, opened his briefcase, took out his lighter and cigarettes, and lit one.

"Did I tell you I was dead? I said I was going back to resign. What, did I sell myself to you?" Kevin seemed to have found a reason and shouted.

"So you resigned? If you don't resign, I'll resign for you. Don't treat me like a three-year-old. Let me tell you, I'm the one who did this. Go ahead and sue me, huh? Go ahead! Go ahead!" Lu Feng held a cigarette between two fingers, pointed at the door, and shouted, "You come in through the front door, I'll come in through the back door, you believe me or not?"

Upon hearing this, Kevin fell silent. He knew he couldn't win against the other party, and his current outburst was purely to demand some compensation. Besides, he had already lost his job, and if Lu Feng were willing to offer a high salary, he would be willing to stay.

“Anyway, I lost my job because of you. I’m the victim, and you have to compensate me.” Kevin simply started acting like a rogue.

"What the hell are you talking about? You're a victim?" Lu Feng looked at him and said, "Who do you think you are? Trying to be a scoundrel here, wanting money, is that it? Do you think I can give it to you?"

“Don’t think I don’t know anything about the mainland. Let me tell you, if you want to run a company, you’d better do it properly. Anyway, I’m unemployed now, so I’ll make a scene and get the police to mediate. If that doesn’t work, I’ll hire some reporters to expose you.” Kevin snorted and sat on the sofa, saying, “Do you really think I’m just a pushover? I’ll learn all the local rules in any country I go to. Let me tell you this: if you push me too far, I’ll put up banners and lie them in front of your company. At most, I’ll be shameless.”

Lu Feng almost laughed out of anger when he heard this. This guy is something else, his work ability is outstanding, especially his local research, which he did in depth.

“Since you’re going to try to smooth things over, let’s talk this over properly. Let’s not talk about who’s right or wrong. I’ll give you a solution,” Lu Feng said as he walked over and sat down.

Kevin scoffed inwardly when he saw him back down. Did he really think he had no tricks up his sleeve? Now he's obediently compensating, isn't he?
