Chapter 880 Old Cui

“It’s them!” Li Li’s mother pointed at Jiang Xiaoyan and her group with a harsh tone.

"Dad, teach them a lesson!" the little guy said arrogantly.

Old Cui first looked at Jiang Xiaoyan and scolded, "What's going on? Making things difficult for a child, do you know who I am? Let me tell you, I just came back from the United States."

"Even if you come back from the US, you still have to be reasonable, right?" Lu Feng said to him.

"And who are you... Mr. Lu... Mr. Lu?" Old Cui stammered, staring wide-eyed at Lu Feng. He hadn't expected to see him again so soon after their parting at the Chinese restaurant.

“Jack!” Lu Feng looked at him, never expecting that a chef who cooked in the United States could be so arrogant and domineering after returning. This really opened Lu Feng’s eyes.

"I never knew you had this side to you!"

"I...I'm so sorry, I've failed as a parent." Master Cui was somewhat flustered.

Upon hearing this, everyone around was stunned, and the boy was completely dumbfounded. His father, who was all-powerful in his heart, seemed to have met someone he couldn't afford to offend this time.

"You have guns in the US?" Lu Feng stared at him and asked, "You don't even have a green card, where did you get a gun?"

"I don't have a gun, that belongs to the boss. I just borrowed it to play around with!" Master Cui said somewhat awkwardly, looking at his son and scolding him, "You're always causing trouble. Can't you just be a little more careful? All you do is play pranks!"

The little guy lost his support and immediately stopped talking. Li Li's mother saw that Master Cui was also afraid of Lu Feng. Although she didn't know why he was afraid, she also stopped talking.

Lu Feng knew that Jiang Xiaoyan's identity might not be able to be suppressed at this school. He looked around and said in a deep voice, "It's just a child going to school, is there so much trouble? School is a pure place, and I hope the teachers can treat everyone equally, otherwise don't blame me for being impolite."

Most of the students had already left, leaving only a few onlookers. They looked at each other, none of them daring to speak.

An old man in the security booth not far away took a puff of his cigarette, drank some tea, spat out some tea leaves, and said with a smile, "I already told that director that Duoduo's dad is no ordinary person, but he didn't believe me."

The matter had calmed down, and Lu Feng said to Jiang Xiaoyan, "Alright, don't make such a fuss over something as trivial as the kids. Go back and buy groceries and cook."

Jiang Xiaoyan turned around and walked towards the car. The family got in the car, and on the way, Jiang Xiaoyan talked a lot about things that happened at school.

Duoduo is a troublemaker, and she's been going to school quite often, causing all sorts of trivial troubles that are enough to drive anyone crazy.

“I didn’t expect you to go up and argue with her,” Lu Feng said, turning his head to look at Jiang Xiaoyan in the passenger seat.

“I’ve gotten used to it over time. I wasn’t used to arguing at first, but I was forced to. I argued with business partners at the company, with employees, with teachers at school, and with other parents.” Jiang Xiaoyan glanced at Lu Feng, looking slightly tired, and said, “It’s okay, I don’t have to argue at home.”

"When have I ever argued with you?" Lu Feng said awkwardly.

"It's like we didn't argue much in the past few years. Never mind, let's not talk about it anymore." Jiang Xiaoyan pointed to the left and said, "The supermarket is over there."

We went to the supermarket and bought a lot of meat. Duoduo also bought a bunch of snacks. The four of us were carrying lots of bags and packages, just like during Chinese New Year. The car was almost overflowing.

The house was bustling with people; it had been a long time since the house had been this lively. Duoduo was busy looking through her dolls, Lu Feng put on his apron, and Jiang Xiaoyan and Zhang Fengxia were busy making preparations.

At 7 p.m., as the evening news began, a table full of steaming hot food was served.

"Duoduo, stop playing, it's time to eat," Jiang Xiaoyan called out. "Remember to do your homework after you finish eating."

"oh!"

Duoduo sat down in the chair, looked up at Lu Feng, then at Zhang Fengxia, and asked, "Mom, where am I sleeping tonight?"

"You sleep with Mommy!"

"And what about Daddy?" Duoduo looked at Zhang Fengxia with her innocent eyes and asked, "With Aunt Fengxia?"

"Hahahaha!" Zhang Fengxia burst into laughter.

"Aunt Fengxia is so happy!" Duoduo exclaimed.

Upon hearing this, Zhang Fengxia seemed to recall something, her smile vanished, she placed a chicken leg on Duoduo's plate, and said, "Eat your food."

Jiang Xiaoyan didn't know what to say, so she just watched the news silently. It was already past eight o'clock in the evening when she finished eating.

"Go back, you can't sleep here!" Jiang Xiaoyan said.

"Okay! Um... I'll wash the dishes and then I'll leave." Lu Feng stood up and started clearing away the dishes.

"No, no, no, you're such a big boss, don't get involved in this. I'll do the dishes," Jiang Xiaoyan said quickly.

"I'll wash it first before I need to wash it," Lu Feng said, snatching the item and stepping into the kitchen.

While Duoduo did her homework, Jiang Xiaoyan and Zhang Fengxia chatted about things at the factory. Before they knew it, it was almost 10 p.m., and Lu Feng still hadn't finished washing the dishes!
