Chapter 916 Demolishing the Bar

Mu Zha was like a lump of mud, shaking his head frantically. His last line of defense was about to collapse. When he was dragged to the bathroom door, Lu Feng turned on the shower, pulled out a short blade, and Mu Zha could no longer hold on.

"I'll tell you everything, but you have to promise not to kill me!!!" Mu Zha shouted.

"You just said you have no grudge against me, and I'm telling you now, I have no grudge against you either. As long as you say something useful, I'll arrange for you to go to the United States and give you a sum of money." Lu Feng squatted down and said, "Can you talk now?"

“I’ll tell you everything. I was in charge of some shady things, such as helping them smuggle opium, collecting all kinds of women, assassinating competitors, and acting as a middleman for international companies. Many of these things are useless to you, but I know one thing, related to business, about the Toshiba Group.”

"explain!"

“The international community imposes various restrictions on the Russians, but if they want to buy some high-end machine tools and production lines, they will pay high prices on the international black market. Toshiba is doing this. I have participated in it a few times. Thailand serves as a transit point, responsible for unloading, escorting, and handing over the goods.”

Lu Feng felt that this matter was so familiar. After thinking about it for a moment, he realized that this was the Toshiba incident that shocked the world.

"Is there any relevant evidence?" Lu Feng asked.

“Yes, I have a copy of the transaction documents!” Mu Zha looked at Lu Feng and said, “Can this matter be exchanged for my life?”

“Of course!” Lu Feng stood up and said, “Go get it now, wherever it is.”

He untied the ropes binding his feet, put a coat on him, and went downstairs. An hour later, he retrieved the items from another of Mu Zha's residences, inspected the site, and confirmed that the relevant documents formed a chain of evidence. Only then did Lu Feng smile and untie him.

“Now you have two choices. First, you can go on your own. Second, I’ll give you $100,000 and send you to the US. But once you get there, you have to answer my calls anytime. And I estimate you’ll be very useful there. How much can you achieve by being a white glove for those bastards here?” Lu Feng put his arm around Mu Zha’s shoulder and said with a smile, “I’ll find a way to make you a white glove for the Americans.”

For some reason, looking at Lu Feng's half-face, which was faintly visible in the moonlight, Mu Zha felt a chill when he smiled and revealed his white teeth. Perhaps this young man was the real ruthless one.

He has no other choice. Even if he goes back, will his superiors still believe him?

They'll probably give him a bullet.

"I choose to go to the United States!"

"Well done. From now on, you're my brother. I don't have many brothers, but once you become my brother, you're set for life." Lu Feng patted his shoulder heavily and said, "Go back to the hotel and rest. Tomorrow, I'll buy a fake identity and book you a plane ticket."

Night had fallen, and Pattaya resembled a construction site. Dozens of dump trucks were waiting to transport construction waste, while excavators and bulldozers were busy at work. Sometimes, corpses could be seen among the broken bricks, but the construction workers didn't care at all.

Da Gui had already run away. When Mu Zha and his group arrived, he told his men to retreat quickly, because if a fight broke out, it would be beyond their control.

He slipped away when the guards came in.

As dawn broke, Da Gui drove over with his boss, who had just sobered up.

"What am I supposed to do with you? No matter how big the problem is, you have to hold on. If you can't hold on, what's the point of bringing me here?" The boss was a man in his sixties, covering his head with his hand, as if he had a headache.

"This is out of my control. There were over a dozen police cars last night, and they even fired shots. All the staff ran away. I sent you here because... Holy crap, where's the restaurant?"

The boss opened his eyes and looked around, completely stunned. He wondered if he was hallucinating from drinking too much. There was a large massage parlor next door, which was still there, but his multi-story bar was reduced to a flat ground, without even a brick left.

"Oh dear! Oh dear!"

The boss pushed open the car door, ran over crying and wailing, and stamped his feet in distress.

Da Gui leaned back in his chair, his eyes vacant, muttering to himself, "How come I'm unemployed while they're fighting?"
