Mu Zha hesitated upon hearing this. If he only told him some trivial matters, he was afraid he wouldn't survive the night. But if he told him something, he would have to start a life of wandering the world.
The midnight breeze was less scorching and felt exceptionally refreshing. While Mu Zha was still in a daze, several excavators drove up and began demolishing the bar without saying a word.
The scene before my eyes was so shocking that the bar owner probably never dreamed that his bar would be gone overnight just because someone touched Sirami's butt in his bar.
Such a thing was unimaginable in the country, even in the 1990s.
"Let's talk somewhere else!" Lu Feng gestured to the captain.
The captain waved his hand, and two men went up and arrested Mu Zha, putting him in the car. The car returned to the hotel entrance, and Lu Feng got out of the car, looking at Mu Zha and saying, "You've made me experience many firsts. At this entrance, I experienced a hail of bullets for the first time."
Mu Zha looked at Lu Feng, his last bit of temper completely gone, and said, "I'm sorry!"
"It's alright, take him inside." Lu Feng said to the captain, "Go buy a few body bags, we might need them."
Mu Zha had already walked inside when he heard the captain giving instructions to his men. He was startled and realized that the captain was indeed making preparations for both scenarios.
In an instant, Mu Zha's mind was in turmoil.
Back at the hotel, after a quick bite to eat, I didn't have time to talk to Kevin about tonight's events. I pulled Mu Zha to the room first. Apart from the captain and a few bodyguards, everyone else went back to work tomorrow.
With his hands and feet bound, Mu Zha sat on the sofa. Lu Feng asked the captain, "Did you buy the bags?"
"I bought it!"
A teammate next to him took out a few bags, muttering, "We're out of big bags, so we bought some small bags. It's alright, we can just cut them into pieces!"
Mu Zha was sitting on the sofa, almost fainting from fright.
"We might not need it, but let's ask first."
Lu Feng sat down, looked at Mu Zha with a friendly smile, and said, "Your name is Mu Zha, right? Hello, Mr. Mu Zha."
"Hello, there's no need to be so polite." Mu Zha forced out a smile that looked more like a grimace.
For him, death wasn't scary; what was scary was the preparations underway—it was truly terrifying.
"It's getting late, let's be frank and say what you have to say," Lu Feng said, lighting a cigarette and leaning back on the sofa.
A thin layer of sweat had appeared on Mu Zha's forehead. He was so scared that he was exhausted after the night. He took a deep breath and said, "I met Zha Tai, the head of Motorola's branch, at a dinner party three months ago. I am the squad leader of a special forces brigade of the Ninth Army. Because I know a few leaders, there are some things that they can't do in person, so I do them for them."
“Because I’m no longer in the military, I have a lot more freedom. When I’m doing things for them, I also take on some jobs. A little over a month ago, Zha Tai called me and said he was looking for some thugs to smash up some shops. To be honest, I really didn’t want to take on this kind of scumbag job. It’s too degrading.”
“But he offered one million baht, so I accepted. When I learned that there were seventy shops, I couldn’t handle all the people I had, so I called Da Gui and Pike and gave them 500,000 baht. They found someone to handle it. Afterwards, I used my connections to get those people out.”
“A few days later, he called me again and said that you had arrived and asked me to take care of you. He said he would give me 20 million baht. I refused on the spot. I have no grudge against you and I would not kill you. After negotiating for a long time, we settled on 10 million baht. It was just to scare you. As long as you leave Thailand, I can get the money.”
Mu Zha looked somewhat dejected and said, "I had no choice in the matter. I was just someone else's front man. These people may be in business and have close ties with some leaders, but I'm just a servant!"
"That's all?" Lu Feng asked, looking at him.
"I just help the boss find some women or smuggle some things, I'm just a gofer," Mu Zha hurriedly explained.

Lu Feng absolutely didn't believe it. He sat there and thought for a moment, then said to the captain, "Do you think the room is soundproof?"
"Soundproofing? I don't know, but it should be okay."
“I’m afraid the gunshots will disturb the others’ rest.” Lu Feng picked up the pistol with some hesitation, glanced at it, and tossed it aside, saying, “Never mind, let’s not use the gun. Let’s get the knife.”
Mu Zha could only understand some of the captain's words. Judging from Lu Feng's actions, it seemed like he was going to kill him. He immediately panicked, but there were some things he really couldn't say.
"Tell him it'll be quick. Where is the blood flowing? Did you buy any plastic sheeting to put on the ground?" Lu Feng asked the captain.
The captain turned around and told the team members in Thai, which scared Muzha so much that he almost fainted.
"Don't move around, okay? We'll put this bag over your head. It'll be quick. If you move, it'll spray everywhere, and the hotel will get into trouble too." The captain said to Mu Zha, "It'll make things easier for everyone, right? Let's cooperate."
"Tell him I've really told him everything, I'm begging you, ask me anything you want to know, I'll absolutely tell the truth." Mu Zha was so anxious he was almost speaking Chinese.
He said we could ask whatever we wanted.
“This bastard still won’t tell the truth. Don’t worry about making a mess on the floor, just pull it in the bathroom and rinse it off when you’re done.” Lu Feng waved his hand and said, “Drag him in.”
"If you don't cooperate, then go to the bathroom. After you're done, just rinse it off and put it in a bag." The captain waved to two team members, who then grabbed Mu Zha and dragged him towards the bathroom.
