Chapter 126 Forgot about Time

By this time, the sun had completely set, and evening glow appeared on the horizon, and the sky began to darken slowly.

Feng Ye and A Can hadn't even finished sorting the abalone and conch yet; there was still a huge pile of them on the deck.

Meanwhile, the six people on Crescent Island had been waiting anxiously for quite some time, almost to the point of despair.

They breathed a sigh of relief when the Rising Sun came into view.

The Rising Sun slowly approached, and Feng Ye threw the mooring rope down from the bow.

"Why are you so late? We were so worried!" Ye Qingling said with a concerned expression.

She was genuinely afraid that something might happen to them.

Du Guilan and A-Can's mother both looked worried.

"Where have you been? Why are you coming so late? Have you forgotten there's another group of people on this island?"

Xiao Guowen took the cable and joked as he tied it to the rocks.

"I did forget, but not because I forgot about you all, but because I was so busy I forgot the time," Feng Ye said apologetically.

"As long as you're alright, we were really worried something might have happened to you."

Ye Qingling breathed a sigh of relief, completely at ease.

"Let me see what good stuff you've hauled in, you've even forgotten the time."

Xiao Guowu carried a burlap sack of goods onto the ship. When he saw the abalone and conch piled up like a small mountain on the deck, he was completely shocked.

"Holy crap, aren't you guys using a trawl net? The conch shells are fine, but what's with all these abalone? How are you going to haul them up?"

"Huh? Abalone?"

Everyone was shocked by Xiao Guowu's words. They climbed onto the boat one by one, and then they were all stunned.

"It's too late, let's not waste any more time. Let's move your goods up first and then we'll talk."

"Yes, let's move the goods first."

Feng Ye, Feng Xuan, and A Can all went ashore to help, carrying the snakeskin bags and buckets onto the boat and putting them away.

Everyone reaped a great harvest, filling their containers to the brim.
