A hint of surprise flashed in Li Susu's eyes. "Working from home? Did something happen to him?"
The other person shook their head, a hint of apology flashing across their face.
"I'm not too sure about that. Mr. Li can contact Mr. Fu himself."
Li Susu nodded. It seemed she wouldn't be able to see Fu Xingzhou at the Fu family's today.
He's not at home, nor at the office, so where could he be?
Could it be that he has really settled down in the Fu family's old house?
Will his father make things difficult for him?
Li Susu was filled with questions, but she couldn't come up with a reasonable answer.

"Big brother, why are you back?"
This person was none other than Li Chenglin, who had previously gone abroad for further studies. Li Susu thought he would stay abroad for a while longer, but she didn't expect him to suddenly return.

The brother and sister hadn't seen each other for several months.

"My little sister is really amazing."
Li Chenglin praised his younger sister gently, and Li Susu immediately took out the bidding document she had just signed and showed it off in front of her older brother.
"There were many competitors in this bidding process, and it was really not easy for me to win this bid."
Li Chenglin smiled and said, "Even if it wasn't easy, you still managed to do it, Su Su. Never underestimate your abilities."
Li Susu nodded happily, "Big brother, did you just get back? Have you seen second brother yet?"
Li Chenglin pointed to the suitcase next to him, somewhat helplessly.
"Susu, didn't you see your brother's suitcase? I came straight to see you after I got off the plane."
"My eldest brother really loves me the most. It's getting late. I'll call my second brother and we'll have a welcome dinner for you tonight."
Li Chenglin smiled indulgently and let Li Susu take care of the arrangements.
However, Li Susu did not plan to book a restaurant. Instead, she planned to go home and cook a table full of dishes herself.
Gathering at home like this is convenient for conversation and also creates a lively and warm atmosphere.
Li Chenglin also strongly agreed with this suggestion.
"I haven't had Su Su's cooking in so long. Tonight, I can finally enjoy it."
"Perfect timing, let's invite Xingzhou too, don't you live next door?"
When Fu Xingzhou was mentioned, Li Susu's smile froze.
Li Chenglin raised an eyebrow and immediately noticed that something was wrong with his sister.
"Susu, what's wrong? Did you and Xingzhou have a falling out?"
