Chapter 60 A Demon Appears at Night, Seeking Refuge in a Village

"how so?"

Seeing that Luo Tianhe was about to hit himself again, I quickly grabbed him.

"It doesn't matter how many times you pat me, because your soul is unstable, which delays your perception of pain. When your senses of pain, smell, taste, and other bodily sensations gradually disappear, then you are truly dead."

Su Meng was so frightened that she burst into tears, tears streaming down her face like a broken string of pearls.

"I don't want to die. I'm still so young, I haven't even been in a relationship yet. I don't want to die."

Luo Tianhe grabbed my arm like it was his last straw: "Brother, you have a way, right!"

I looked up at the sky and said, "The village chief warned us before that we shouldn't go out at night, or something bad might happen. Let's go into the village first and find a place to stay until dawn."

Su Meng asked, sobbing, "But isn't it still daylight now?"

Luo Tianhe supported Su Meng, whose legs were so weak from fright that she could barely walk, and followed closely behind me.

I turned my head and saw a BMW X1 slowly driving towards me.

I stepped aside to signal the car to pass, but the car slowly stopped beside me.

A man leaned out of the car window: "Hello, is this Rabbit Ear Village?"

It was Niu Hongsheng!

Isn't he already dead?
