When the moon was high in the sky, they were in a state between ambiguity and clarity. Gu Li looked at the moon and said, "Friends, it's about time, shall we take a break?"
Xu Lang sat up first. "Let's take a break. This beer is inexplicably strong."
Lu Chao remained lying there lazily. "That's because you're too bad. If you're bad, you should practice more."
Xu Lang chuckled softly and nudged Lü Chao across Xie Tao, "Look at how red your face is, you're getting carried away, aren't you?"
Lu Chao propped himself up, glanced at the group, and then pointed at Jiang Xu, saying, "That's real embarrassment. Get your eyes checked, you rascal."
Upon hearing this, Gu Li also half-stood up. He looked at Jiang Xu, and the shadow cast by his standing up completely obscured Jiang Xu.
Gu Li blinked, somewhat confused, and then said, "I didn't see that." After he finished speaking, he bent his arm and pressed himself closer to Jiang Xu.
Jiang Xu felt the distance between the two of them slowly closing, stopping at a delicate distance.
This distance reminded Jiang Xu of the stage play from back then, and of Gu Li lying there. Would he be like him now?
My heart was pounding out of control!
Gu Li stopped, propping himself up with his hand, and carefully examined Jiang Xu lying there. He looked at him and smiled, a gentle yet seductive smile, "You've really gotten red."
Jiang Xu thought to himself, this was indeed a form of seduction.
Jiang Xu laughed too, his laughter matching Gu Li's. He put his hand on Gu Li's shoulder and helped her up, bringing the two of them even closer. He quickly whispered in Gu Li's ear, "Just wait."
He spoke with a slight threat, but more of a vague smile, which disturbed Gu Li's heart.
Gu Li was indeed disturbed. Wait? Wait for what? Damn it!
My alcohol-fueled brain started to fly off like a rocket, thinking about this and that, and then about another place.
In the end, he stared at Jiang Xu in a daze.
After Jiang Xu got up, he naturally put his arm around Gu Li's neck and helped the somewhat dazed Gu Li up. He yawned at the group as if he couldn't help himself, and then said, "I'm a little tired, and Gu Li is drunk too. Let's go back to the tent first."
Xie Tao nodded. "Okay, everyone get some rest. We'll talk about it tomorrow morning."
Jiang Xu nodded and easily led the people into their tent.
He turned his head to look at Gu Li, who was still in a daze, and smiled slightly. It seemed like a little drink would be just right for her; she looked rather adorable like this.
Gu Li was completely lost in thought, and by the time she had almost figured it out, the two of them were already sitting in the tent.
Gu Li looked down at her own clothes, then at Jiang Xu's clothes. "It's like my memory of changing clothes has suddenly been stolen."
Jiang Xu, "Want to know who stole it?"
Gu Li: "Huh? Who?"
Jiang Xu gave Gu Li a reassuring look, "I stole it, do you want it back?"
Gu Li spread his hands at Jiang Xu, "If you want it, give it to me." He wanted to see what Jiang Xu was up to.
Jiang Xu smiled and took Gu Li's hand, "If you don't want to give it, you don't want to give it."
Gu Li glanced at Jiang Xu several times with some uncertainty. "I want to give you two words," he said, looking at Jiang Xu with sincere eyes, "childish." He then tried to pull his hand away.
Jiang Xu grabbed Gu Li's hand. "These are three words," he said with a smile, then pulled her down with a burst of strength.
Gu Li instinctively tried to pull him away, but Jiang Xu immediately loosened his grip and fell towards her. To prevent them from colliding, Gu Li lay back, and Jiang Xu braced himself against Gu Li's ear with one hand.
The two were now in a position where Jiang Xu was on top of Gu Li, but Jiang Xu didn't intend to create distance. Instead, he lowered his head so that their foreheads touched, and asked, "Do you remember what I just said?"
Gu Li's attention, which had been distracted by the action, was pulled back again. A thousand images flashed through his mind once more. He stared straight at Jiang Xu, "Waiting?"
Jiang Xu smiled and said, "Yes, wait." His tone was gratified that the child had guessed correctly, but his tone changed in the next sentence, "So, did you wait patiently?" His voice was so low and husky that it left much to the imagination.
Gu Li didn't know what to say. Was he waiting or not? It all seemed strange. He was still pondering it.
"Seeing how hesitant you are, then I'll..." Jiang Xu paused, and just when Gu Li thought he would say forget it, Jiang Xu lowered his head and blew on Gu Li's neck.
Gu Li felt a slight numbness, and the slight coolness on his neck made him swallow unconsciously.
Jiang Xu watched his Adam's apple move, and then he began the actual action as Jiang Xu had expected.
The bite was very light, but after Jiang Xu bit down, he felt like he was losing control. The voice in his heart swelled up and filled his mind with the thought of increasing the force.
Gu Li was jolted by Jiang Xu's actions, and a numbing sensation spread throughout her body, making her feel numb and almost unbearable.
He reached out, unsure whether to push Jiang Xu away or pull him closer; his hand, which was tugging at Jiang Xu's clothes, was starting to lose its strength. "No..." His voice began to tremble.
Jiang Xu's inner voice was dispelled by Gu Li's soft voice. He looked away from Gu Li, then rested his head on Gu Li's shoulder, trying to calm his rapid breathing.
That one glance captivated Jiang Xu.
That scene had a unique feel to it, purely mixed with eroticism, entangled with desire, making one unable to resist wanting to do something more to Gu Li.
Gu Li closed her eyes, but could not hide the unusual red rising in them due to lust. That red spread, a color unlike any other.
Jiang Xu took two deep breaths and lay down. Gu Li turned her head to look at Jiang Xu, wanting to say something, but Jiang Xu simply pulled the blanket over them and covered them both.
Jiang Xu said softly, "Goodnight, Gu Li."
It was as if she was comforting herself, comforting Gu Li, and also comforting herself.
The night breeds ambiguity; the night has always been ambiguous.
The group didn't drink much, and they packed up and headed home the next morning. This time, a few other people drove, and Jiang Xu and Gu Li sat side by side. As the car swayed, the two leaned against each other and fell asleep again.
When they arrived at the school gate, the two were woken up. Lü Chao rolled down the car window and said, "I remember the two of you who were sleeping have classes. Don't let your studies be affected."
Gu Li rubbed her hair. "You're really something, jealous of our youth, aren't you?"
Xu Lang: "That's right, that's going too far, Asako."
Lu Chao gave Xu Lang a smile, "I suddenly remembered that you two also have it. It's been a long time since you went to class, right? Go on, go on."
The last thing left for the four of them was the exhaust fumes from Lü Chao's car. Xu Lang fanned himself, saying, "Look at how smug he is."
Jiang Xu: "I'll find it next time."
Gu Li glanced at her phone. "That's right, let's go to class now. There's one last class this morning."
In ordinary days, those occasional extraordinary moments are all given by the other person.
Just like the doorbell ringing on Thursday morning, Jiang Xu saw Gu Li smiling and saying, "Good morning, shall we get together?"
