She held her chopsticks and stirred the rice in her bowl, watching intently as he served himself rice and ate his vegetables with relish.
It seems he still enjoys her cooking.
Bai Xiaoruo carefully observed the remaining portion of each dish, noting which dish he took the most of, and memorized it all, as well as his preferences.
Seeing Bai Xiaoru staring blankly at the dishes but not touching them, Xian Mingyu was a little puzzled. Was she planning to leave all the dishes for him to eat and not eat them?
"What are you looking at? Get your food!"
"Oh, I'm sorry, I'll eat now."
He suddenly spoke to her, and Bai Xiaoruo finally reacted, lowering her head to shovel large mouthfuls of white rice into her bowl.
