Chapter 17 Strange Phenomenon from the Sky

"And young man, I haven't gotten married yet. Please, fairy, tell me which girl will take a liking to me."

Su Wan's lips twitched as she looked at the villagers who seemed to have appeared out of nowhere.

It turns out her loud shouts were all for naught; everyone was treating her like a quail!

And among those men in black who wanted to kill him, some actually betrayed him on the spot.

She almost laughed out of anger.

When Wei Jingzhuo arrived at full speed, he saw this scene. His hand holding the reins paused, and a crack finally appeared on his usually cold and aloof face.

Su Wan was taken aback when she saw the person who came, then winked at him and mouthed, "That's kind of you."

With Wei Jingzhuo by her side, she became even bolder.

Just as he was about to continue pretending to be a master, he was interrupted by the men in black.

When they saw Wei Jingzhuo, they made a move to grip their swords and kill him.

Upon seeing this, Su Wan immediately pointed her laser pointer at the men in black and shouted, "The immortals are here! Who dares to be so insolent!"

Those people hurriedly used their hands to shield themselves from the beams of light, wary of what she was holding and dared not approach.

However, they also seemed to have discovered that the beams of light, when they hit them, did not cause any harm.

Wei Jingzhuo: "..."

He glanced at Su Wan out of the corner of his eye and saw her riding a donkey, pretending to be an immortal, her eyes sparkling with wit, like shining stars in the dark night.

It was so dazzling that it was hard to look away.

She smiled and said, "Everyone's fate is their own. As for immortality, even we immortals can't achieve that, so how could there be such a deceptive medicine? Considering the fate that brought you together, I'll give you a few pills. If anyone in your family has a high fever, a bad cough, or diarrhea, you can try taking them. Remember, take one pill at a time, twice a day, and don't take more than that."

She took out some broad-spectrum antibiotics and gave ten tablets to each person.

In ancient times, antibiotics were considered more effective than any elixir.

Sure enough, the villagers kneeling on the ground stuffed the money into their pockets as if they had found a treasure, and left only after thanking them profusely.

The men in black looked rather grim when they realized they had nothing.

Seeing this, Wei Jingzhuo raised his hand, drew the bowstring taut, and with a whoosh, released three arrows at once.

All three were shot in the chest at the same time and collapsed to the ground with a thud.

Su Wan saw him riding a tall horse, the moonlight shining on his white robes, his demeanor calm and confident, as if he were on a mountaintop, looking down on all living beings.

"Go! Kill the deposed crown prince!" someone shouted.

Su Wan then pointed the laser pointer at the people's eyes. Although the laser pointer itself wasn't very harmful, pointing it at their eyes would still greatly affect their performance.

The man in black was furious when he saw her helping Wei Jingzhuo.

"Kill this witch too!"
