Su Yuze had woken up at some point and was staring at her without blinking.
Su Wan was both surprised and delighted. Before she could even speak, tears streamed down her face. She quickly raised her hand and wiped them away with her sleeve.
"Doctor, you..." Su Yuze looked at the medicine box next to her and said in a hoarse voice, "You look just like my sister."
Su Wan had just woken up from her sleep and was still dazed, not quite understanding what was happening. As she stood there in a daze, Su Yuze turned his head and asked, "Where exactly are you taking me?"
Meng Ruliu smiled and pointed to her face, and Su Wan realized that she was a woman disguised as a man. She quickly took Su Yuze's hand and said softly, "Brother, listen carefully, it's me."
Su Yuze recognized her voice, his body trembled, and he started to shake, but he didn't turn his face away. He just said, "Am I dreaming? Am I dreaming?"
After repeating this several times, his voice trembled with tears: "Sister, I dare not look back, I'm afraid you'll disappear. This is a dream... If I turn around, you'll disappear."
Su Wan wiped her eyes twice, but tears still streamed down her face. She left her seat, knelt on the floor, and grasped Su Yuze's trembling arm: "You're not dreaming, you're not. Your older sister is here, I've come to save you."
Su Yuze slowly turned around, his little face streaked with tears. He reached out his hands to Su Wan, hesitated for a moment, and then withdrew them. He said, "Sister, I really want to hug you, but I'm all grown up now."
Upon hearing this, Meng Ruliu laughed and said, "If you were ten years older, I would definitely marry you."
Su Wan was crying, but Meng Ruliu's words made her laugh again.
Once she calmed down, she told Su Yuze about the current situation and her plans. Su Yuze smiled and said, "Sister, you're amazing! We'll be able to see brother-in-law soon."
Just as Su Wan was about to speak, the faint sound of horses' hooves came from the front of the carriage, as if many horses were coming from the north.
Lin Qingfeng's voice rang out from outside the car: "Dr. Mo, there are a lot of horses coming from ahead."
Su Wan and Meng Ruliu were both confused about what had happened when they heard a man's voice from afar say, "Captain Ning, it's been a long time."

Su Wan's vision went black, but thankfully she held on.
