When Ren Peng saw someone coming, it was as if he had found an outlet for his anger. He rattled off the whole story, and after receiving the chubby young man's approval, he felt the anger that had been building up inside him finally dissipate a little.
"I'm in a bit of a hurry, buddy. Do you have a jack in your car? I can help you change this tire." The chubby young man got out of the car and very enthusiastically helped Ren Peng remove the spare tire from the vehicle.

"Sigh!" The chubby young man suddenly sighed, then gritted his teeth and said, "I'm going to the Haitian Hotel to settle accounts with them!"

"Is this Mr. He the Mr. He from the furniture store on Zijing Road and Qianjin Street?" Ren Peng asked, feigning curiosity.
"Brother, you know Mr. He?" The chubby young man glared angrily at Ren Peng, as if Ren Peng were Mr. He's accomplice.
"We had business dealings before and met a few times." Seeing the chubby young man's strange attitude, Ren Peng quickly distanced himself from Mr. He.
The conversation continued, but Ren Peng's mind was no longer on these topics. All he could think about were the words the chubby young man had just said—Mr. He, a house was sold to two families and mortgaged to the bank!
If houses are handled this way, what about shops? Will they be handled the same way? Is the furniture store I've chosen exclusively for me, or is it allocated to several households, just like with houses?
Thinking of this, Ren Peng suddenly felt fortunate.
