While waiting for their drinks to be refilled, Xiang Zhilan called Ni Sitian to ask if she had time to go shopping.
Ni Sitian said she happened to be near Starlight Department Store, and the two met at the entrance of Starlight. Xiang Zhilan finished her refill, paid the bill, and got up.
Ten minutes later, the two met up, and Ni Sitian took Xiang Zhilan's arm, saying, "It's been so long since we went shopping together."

Xiang Zhilan frowned, watching them go inside with unwavering eyes. Through the transparent glass, she could clearly see them being warmly greeted by the sales staff.
Shen Muzhi said he had something to do, which meant accompanying Bai Yutong shopping?!
She put on her original shoes and stood up, and saw that they were trying on rings, specifically rings on their ring fingers!
"Zhi Lan, what do you think of these?" Ni Sitian walked over with a pair of brown ankle boots and handed them to Xiang Zhi Lan to look at. But she didn't even lower her head and kept looking straight outside, so she followed her gaze.
Ni Sitian was stunned for a moment. Shen Muzhi was actually picking out a diamond ring with a woman. She immediately looked at Zhi Lan.

"What's the point of going over there? To catch him cheating? I have nothing to do with him." Xiang Zhilan picked up her bag, didn't even try on the shoes, and strode out of the shoe store.
Ni Sitian quickly followed, but Xiang Zhilan's pace suddenly slowed down.
She stopped in her tracks, her face cold, stood there for a moment, then turned around, took Ni Sitian's hand, and strode back to where she had been.
Ni Sitian thought she was going to ask, but unexpectedly she went into the shoe store, bought the shoes without even trying them on.
When Xiang Zhilan swiped her card, she saw that Shen Muzhi and Bai Yutong across the table seemed to have already chosen their rings and were also swiping their cards at the counter.
"Miss, please enter your password," the cashier reminded Xiang Zhilan for the second time.
Xiang Zhilan snapped out of her daze, quickly entered the password, and when she turned around with her shoes in hand, she saw that Shen Muzhi was carrying a small bag, and Bai Yutong was also carrying a bag of the same brand.
The two of them came out and their eyes met.

Just then, his phone rang. He answered it while walking, but when he was almost at Xiang Zhilan's side, he suddenly slowed down and stopped.
