The next day, Ni Sitian woke up in Xu Tingchuan's arms and blinked her eyes in a daze.
Slowly, she began to recall what had happened the night before.
Last night, she went to deliver a late-night snack to him, but she ended up crying so miserably in front of him and revealing all her most embarrassing past experiences to him.

She no longer had an excuse to get up early, and could only obediently let him hold her.

Ni Sitian realized that she couldn't win an argument with him; no matter what he said, he would always find a reason, and it would be very plausible.
Since she couldn't win an argument with words, she had no choice but to take action, twisting her body to try and break free from his embrace.
Xu Tingchuan realized her intention, so he simply flipped over onto her, pinning her waist and limbs down, and looked down at her with his eyes open.
Ni Sitian blushed, too embarrassed to look at him, and tilted her head to the side.
Xu Tingchuan's lips curved into a smile. He found that he absolutely loved her shy demeanor, finding it incredibly adorable and making him want to devour her whole.
Even without meeting his eyes, Ni Sitian could feel the intense heat in his gaze. Blushing, she tried to change the subject: "Aren't you hungry? We should have breakfast now."
"I'm very hungry." Xu Tingchuan gently stroked her supple waist and lowered his head to kiss her forehead.
"Then, I'll go make you breakfast," Ni Sitian finally found an excuse to get up and said hurriedly.
