According to the knowledge he taught, the character "εΎ·" (de) is missing a horizontal stroke above the heart radical, making it strong and powerful, which is one of the important characteristics of an authentic piece.

He's recently become obsessed with finding bargains, so it's impossible for him not to be tempted when he comes across something that looks genuine.

But I'd rather pay money and settle the transaction than accept something for nothing.
