"there."
"Um?"
The clever Akemi Miyano had already guessed that the key might be in the eagle sculpture. After all, she had read many novels, and many characters liked to hide spare keys in vases or under the carpet at the door in case of emergency.
While the other party turned his head to look at the sky, Fujiwara Yu quickly pulled out the key from the stone eagle, opened the door calmly, and without any intention of trying to keep him, he directly ordered him to leave:
"You can go now."
"Well, bye."
Miyano Akemi had just stepped out when she heard the door close behind her. It seemed like he really wanted her to leave quickly. But she really wanted to hear his string music again, and also wanted to... learn more about him.
Fujiwara Yu inserted the key into the keyhole, but before he could turn the door, it was pushed open from the outside. He was caught off guard and his forehead came into direct contact with the door, making a "clang" sound that was crisper than the sound of a string.
"Are you okay? I'm sorry, I didn't mean it!" Miyano Akemi didn't expect that she would get into trouble, and hurriedly apologized.
Fujiwara Yuu knew that the other party did not mean it, so he did not get angry. He rubbed the light red mark on his forehead with his hand, lowered his eyes and asked:
"Did you leave anything in the yard?"
"No, I want to ask if I can come to see you in the future?"
Miyano Akemi mustered up the courage to speak out her inner thoughts, but she lowered her head and was a little afraid to look the boy in the eye because her heart would beat faster - not because of excitement, but because of nervousness.
She was afraid that she would be rejected. This was her first time trying to enter the world of a strange young man.
Fujiwara Yuu didn't expect a girl to say this, and he didn't know how to respond for a moment.
In the past, he would have rejected her out loud and decisively, but when he noticed the girl's tightly clenched hands and the letter that was very important to her was almost crumpled into a ball, the words of rejection slipped back into his stomach even though they were on the tip of his tongue.
He couldn't refuse her, for reasons unknown.
Fujiwara Yuu lifted her bangs awkwardly, looked aside, and said in a very soft voice:
"Yes, sure."

The author's thoughts:
I personally like the idea of love at first sight, as it all stems from appearance. However, love at first sight is just liking someone, and liking someone turns into love only after you spend time together.
