Purple flames engulfed the sky, burning all elements into nothingness; the elemental pillars in the sky had already begun to crumble.
With each step taken, the surrounding space trembled, and the demon in the cage was about to break free.

Leviathan quickly flew out of the spell's range, and his body began to recover at a visible speed, soon leaving no trace of his injuries.
"Game over," Leviathan announced in a cold voice.
When a mage faces a warrior who is stronger than himself, he will not have even the slightest chance of winning against the odds.
Leviathan flapped his wings again, closing in on Ted and his companions. He didn't need any fancy tricks; he could easily kill the two weak mages in front of him simply by using his powerful physique.
With lightning speed, Leviathan appeared behind Ted like a ghost, his demonic claws swung, aimed at the heart.
Ted was too late to dodge. The eight layers of protective shield around him were as fragile as paper, and the demon claw pierced through his defenses without any resistance.
But at this critical moment, Leviathan felt a sudden alert. The demonic claw that was about to tear through the mage's robe suddenly retracted, but the sudden sword light still struck his forearm. The hard scales shattered directly, and the sword's momentum did not diminish, attempting to slice off the arm.
At the very last moment, purple flames emerged from the wound. Sword Saint Marlowe seemed to sense the troublesome nature of those purple flames. Just as the purple flames were about to burn away the sword's aura, Marlowe immediately withdrew the sword and kicked Levi Anson away in mid-air.
"Are you alright?" Marlowe asked, glancing at Ted who had nearly died.
"It's a good thing you arrived in time, otherwise you might not be seeing this old man like me now." Ted looked at Marlowe and said with a wry smile.
“Leave the rest to me,” Marlowe said confidently.
“We can only rely on you now. We need to recover and deal with those troublesome demons while we’re at it,” Ted said with approval.
In high-level matches like this, if there is no coordination between the players, making random moves can easily backfire.
"Sword Saint Marlowe, I've heard of your name even in the Abyss. It seems I can finally have my fill this time." Leviathan looked at Marlowe with his blood-red eyes, not angry about his earlier injury, but instead filled with boundless fighting spirit.
Although the Demon Realm has always been dominated by the law of the jungle, as a cadre of the Demon King's army, he has long stood at the pinnacle of the demon race. Opponents like him who can make him go all out are rare.
"Die." With a single swing of the sword, countless sword energies shot out.
Marlowe wouldn't waste words with Leviathan. He had witnessed the demons' slaughter below and knew that only by eliminating the formidable enemy as soon as possible could the casualties among the people be reduced.
"Is that all you've got?" Leviathan sneered, standing there motionless as the sword energy bombarded him.
“Found it.” A glint of light flashed in Marlowe’s eyes. He didn’t expect the sword energy to work. Every sword energy that struck Leviathan gave him feedback. By observing the speed at which the sword energy dissipated, he had already seen through the opponent’s physical weakness.
Marlowe then swooped down and unleashed a sword strike.
"boom."
Centered on the two bodies, a shockwave rippled outwards, and Leviathan also wielded a giant red axe, the axe head appearing as if flowing lava.
With power surpassing his own, Ma Lu felt the immense force coming from his palm. After using his skills to deflect it, he continued his attack, his sword strikes crashing down like a storm.
The roar continued, and every strike from the two was earth-shattering. They fought from the east to the west of the city, turning the entire sky into their battlefield, a death zone that no one could approach.
However, as the fight continued, Leviathan gradually fell into a disadvantage in terms of strength. Despite having the upper hand in both strength and speed, he could only desperately resist Marlowe's attacks. Every attempt to counterattack was easily evaded by Marlowe, resulting in a deep wound on his own body.
This person's combat skills far surpass his own, and although he didn't want to admit it, Leviathan had to accept this fact.
Although the battle looked impressive, it was actually all caused by his attacks missing their mark. Every move Marlowe made was perfectly timed, with all his power landing on Leviathan without any leakage.
