"Thump, thump, thump." Pieces of flesh and blood fell to the ground. The demon's proud body was cut into pieces by something, and the demon met its death in confusion.
"Weren't you scared?" Ignoring the pieces of flesh behind him, the Sword Saint turned around and asked with concern. He could tell at a glance that Violet was not injured; what he was worried about was whether she had been frightened.
"I'm fine, thank you for saving me." Violet shook her head gratefully. She had naturally thought about what would happen next when she came out to save people, and everything was under control, so she was not frightened.
"No, I'm the one who should say thank you," the Sword Saint said, then looked up at the sky with a solemn expression. With his strength, he had sensed the disaster that had befallen the capital the moment he descended. Looking at Leviathan trapped in the cage, he felt a strong sense of threat.
“I don’t know how to teleport. If it weren’t for this magical device, it would have taken me at least three days to get back to the capital, and by then it would have been too late. Thank you, Violet. I finally made it in time.” After expressing his gratitude, the Sword Saint waved his hand, and countless cyan lightsabers plunged into the ground, forming a circle that surrounded Violet and the little girl who had just survived.
"Stay here and don't wander off. As long as you're not at the Epic rank, you can't possibly break into my sword formation. You're absolutely safe here. Now, I'm going to rescue the others."
After the Sword Saint finished speaking, he took to the air and flew towards Leviathan, who was about to break free of his cage in the sky.
Violet didn't say much. She went to the little girl she had just rescued, hugged her, and gently comforted her, "Don't be afraid, you're safe now. I'll protect you."
Within the sword formation, the child's crying gradually ceased.
