The young man immediately realized what was happening. With a "bang," the coffin burst open, and his body plummeted downwards. Below him lay nothing but rocks! If he fell, he would be smashed to pieces.
The contents of the backpack suddenly began to fall, and the further down it went, the darker it became, until it was impossible to see what was below.
Two adorable little girls followed him, their eyes filled with longing. "Is my first job at the Sanqing Temple such a hellish start? Damn it, God, what are you doing?" He made a friendly gesture.
Just as Erjiang was about to give him a loving hug, he gritted his teeth before reluctantly taking out his life-saving talisman, a somewhat faded... teleportation talisman.
After a few drops of blood were dripped, the yellow talisman suddenly emitted a yellow light, and then the young man Zhang Xiaomo disappeared instantly.
The second zombie roared as it watched the person disappear. Just as Zhang Xiaomo was about to breathe a sigh of relief, the roar reached his ears.
Zhang Xiaomo: "???"
Something was wrong. He started groping around, and when he saw the moonlight, the dense array of coffins in front of him made his scalp tingle.
Zhang Xiaomo: "You fucking idiot, what the hell are you doing, teleporting me into a cliff cave?"
He was devastated; even the coffins trembled slightly.
He held his breath, clenched his buttocks, and managed to suppress the fart that was about to escape. It was too damn scary; there were at least several hundred of these coffins, and they were terrifying to look at.
At that moment, he felt an itch in his hands. He looked down and almost choked.
I don't know when, but I got a big cut on my arm. The blood was black and itchy.
Zhang Xiaomo was infected. His body was trembling slightly, and he dared not make any big movements. Suddenly, an open coffin in front of him caught his attention.
Without saying a word, he lay down in the coffin, feeling dizzy and lightheaded, and used his last bit of strength to close the lid.
As soon as he closed the door, a man dressed in a tattered Taoist robe entered from the stone cave. Looking at his Four Absolute Formations, he nodded in satisfaction, saying that they could temporarily suppress these zombies that had turned into corpses.
Before he could leave, a roar came from the bottom of the cliff, and his expression changed drastically.
He calculated with his fingers, "Oh no! A huge thing has run out, what should we do? What should we do? No, we have to think of something."
The man looked to be in his fifties. Looking at the densely packed coffins, he wondered which one had escaped.
Three zombies collided with each other at the bottom of the cliff. The black one's eyes gleamed as it looked at the two green-furred zombies and suddenly launched an attack on them.
He put his mouth to their mouths and then absorbed their evil energy. As he was being absorbed, the two corpses quickly dried up and became like mummies before dissolving in the wind.
The black zombie was soon covered in black fur, and it roared happily at this transformation.
The Taoist priest, who was lying on the edge of the cliff watching everything, suddenly changed his expression. The zombie in the cave was... a graveyard zombie guarded by the Special Operations Bureau.
He was so frightened that he retreated back into the cave. This was no match for them. Before he could even make a move, the zombie jumped up.
He rushed back into the cave, "What do we do? He's here, what do we do?"
Looking at the coffin in front of him, he couldn't care less about anything else and went inside to hide.
Zhang Xiaomo was wincing in pain. Before he could react, the coffin was opened. He glanced at the opening and quickly closed the coffin.
Zhang Xiaomo; "……………………"
This is killing me! This man is lying on top of me, and he's not staying still, what's he doing?! How can I stand this?!
His underlings all got impulsive!
"Wow! This corpse is still so well preserved?" The skinny little bottom felt something, but he didn't pay attention and listened carefully to the sounds outside.
Sure enough, the black zombie walked around the cave and found nothing unusual. However, he planned to leave first and go to the original cave, because the yin energy there was more abundant and the essence of the sun and moon was more plentiful. The radiance in the forest was always better than here.
The old Taoist priest thought the black zombie was gone and was about to go out when Zhang Xiaomo grabbed him tightly, preventing him from opening the coffin.
The old Taoist priest was terrified. Before he could even struggle, he could feel heavy breathing all around him.
The black, bat-like creature hung upside down in the cave, its scarlet eyes scanning the surroundings. It seemed it hadn't left; sensing human presence, it had returned.
"Shh...shh...shh...don't move." Zhang Xiaomo groaned. Damn it, can't I just stay still? It's so suffocating and uncomfortable.
The old Taoist priest was taken aback. It was a person, but why was it in this coffin?
The old Taoist priest was petite and turned around.
"Hiss hiss hiss..."
Damn it! If it weren't for the timing, I wouldn't care if it was male or female, I'd just let him do it a few times.
As they turned around, it was so dark inside the coffin that their lips accidentally touched. Strangely, the old Taoist priest had a faint fragrance about him.
Zhang Xiaomo swallowed hard, wondering if it was due to poisoning, but he felt dizzy and lightheaded.
"Don't...don't go out. That evil spirit might be outside, or it might even be next to our...coffins," Zhang Xiaomo whispered.
The old Taoist priest didn't speak, but listened intently. Sure enough, the black liquid from the black zombie dripped down the cave wall, landing right in front of their coffin.
My eyes can't see, but my ears work perfectly!
Zhang Xiaomo felt he was going to die; his arms were itchy, and his skin was starting to look abnormal, but the old Taoist priest hadn't noticed yet.
