Su Ruanruan stood on tiptoe and peered out the window at Su Xiaowu.
Only after Su Xiaowu finished drinking all the noodle soup did the little dumpling reach out her chubby little hands to take the empty bowl.
"Ruanruan, you should go back to sleep now, don't let the tyrant find out, or he'll go berserk again." Su Xiaowu leaned against the window, pouting and complaining to Su Yiqing with obvious disgust.
Su Ruanruan blinked her big, bright eyes, "Big brother, I was at the gosling nursery today..."
She twisted her delicate white fingers, and said hesitantly.
Su Xiaowu's eyes widened instantly. "Someone really bullied you?"
"Well... it wasn't really bullying." The little dumpling's chubby face flushed red. "It's just... a boy lifted my skirt and said that if I didn't listen to him, he would cut off my little pigtails!"
"What!" Su Xiaowu rolled up his sleeves. "I want to see which brat has the guts to treat my sister like this. Ruan Ruan, don't be afraid. I'll teach that brat a lesson at school tomorrow and make sure you don't suffer any injustice."
"No, no!" The little dumpling shook her head like a rattle drum. "That boy said he likes Ruan Ruan, and that's why he lifted Ruan Ruan's skirt and wanted to play with her so that she would listen to him."
"Bullshit!" Su Xiaowu spat angrily. "How can you treat a girl you like like that...?"
As he spoke angrily, he seemed to remember something and hesitated for a moment.
Seeing that the time was right, Su Ruanruan blinked her bright eyes at him and asked, "Big brother, so it's wrong to treat the person you like like this, right?"
"I guess so." Under the little dumpling's clear gaze, Su Xiaowu looked away and answered with some hesitation.
A sly smile, like that of a little fox, flashed across the little dumpling's face.
Although the older brothers have very different personalities, they all received gentlemanly education from their parents, both in the past and later in the way the older brothers treated the younger ones.
So Su Xiaowu wasn't unaware of these things; it's just that in the school environment, he saw other boys teasing the girls they liked in this way, and he just followed suit.
"Big brother, you don't need to worry about me." The little dumpling said earnestly, "I already told the teacher today, and the teacher said that his parents will come to apologize to me tomorrow!"
"Little brother, I'm leaving now, or I'll get angry if you find out!"
The little dumpling walked outside in a great mood with an empty bowl in her hand. After Su Xiaowu realized what was happening, she leaned against the window and shouted to her, "Ruanruan, walk slowly and be careful not to trip."

Hearing this, Su Ruanruan's big eyes crinkled into crescent moons with laughter.
As she walked out of the basement, she saw Ah Xiang nervously facing Su Yiqing.
She ran over, handed the empty bowl to Ah Xiang, hugged Su Yiqing's leg, and looked up sweetly, calling out, "Big brother."
Su Yiqing reached out and scooped her into her arms, then playfully pinched her nose. "You've given in to your soft heart again and brought food to your little brother?"
"Mmm!" Su Ruanruan nodded very honestly, tilted her little head and said with a sly look, "But, big brother, I didn't just bring food to little brother, I also told little brother a secret, and little brother told me to tell big brother that he knows he was wrong!"
Su Yiqing couldn't help but smile, but she didn't take the childish words to heart. She looked at her with a slightly exaggerated expression and said, "Really? Our little Ruanruan is that amazing?"
The little girl could tell from his expression that he didn't take her words seriously, and she felt a little frustrated.
Seeing that Ah Xiang had put the bowl down and come out to greet her, she quickly stretched out her chubby little arms to Ah Xiang and said sweetly, "Auntie Ah Xiang, hug me."
"Big brother, go check on little brother! He really knows he was wrong, and Ruanruan is going back to sleep!" The little dumpling said, patting her mouth with her little hand and yawning.
She was really exhausted. Although her four-year-old body was full of energy, she couldn't afford to waste a moment when she needed to recharge.
She didn't even have time to get back to her room before she drifted off to sleep in Ah Xiang's arms.
Su Ruanruan slept very soundly that night.
She didn't know what Su Yiqing and Su Xiaowu had talked about, but the atmosphere between them at the breakfast table the next morning was noticeably more harmonious.
Su Yiqing even picked up a xiaolongbao (soup dumpling) for Su Xiaowu.
Su Xiaowu was immediately flattered and returned the favor by giving Su Yiqing a dumpling.
Su Yan, who was standing to the side, was dumbfounded. He couldn't help but whisper to Su Ruanruan, "Little sister, your big brother and little brother seem to be possessed. You should stay away from them."
Su Ruanruan was both amused and exasperated. Although the scene of the older and younger brothers being so affectionate was indeed quite unusual, how could her fourth brother connect such a loving scene with being possessed by an evil spirit?
Regardless of what her fourth brother thought, Su Ruanruan felt a great sense of accomplishment.
But this sense of accomplishment only lasted until Su Yiqing and she got on the bus to school together.
Moreover, after getting on the bus, Sister Mo'er started winking at her.
Before Su Ruanruan could react, Su Yiqing gave her a cold look and said, "Li Mo'er, if your eyes are not good, you should go see an ophthalmologist first. I'll grant you a day off."
