Chapter 345 Solution

Chapter 345 Solution

The interior furnishings were very simple, with nothing superfluous except for a wooden bed and tables and chairs.

In the center sat an elderly man with white hair and beard, dressed in a long green robe and Taoist attire, sitting cross-legged on a futon, meditating quietly.

Hearing the door open, he slowly opened his eyes, his gaze calm and unwavering.

"Master Guan Jing." Si Yanxiao nodded slightly, a hint of respect flashing across his face, and addressed him in a deep voice.

Si Zuochen and Si Youlin watched the old man from the side, their expressions unreadable. They exchanged a glance but did not bow or pay their respects, so as not to arouse unnecessary questions.

Jiang Ran once said when they first started their training that they only needed to pay homage to the Three Pure Ones or other Taoist deities, and that everything else could be ignored.

Guan Jing looked at Si Yanxiao with a serious expression, his gaze narrowing. After a moment's hesitation, he slowly sighed, a look of regret on his face: "What a pity..."

Upon hearing this, a look of surprise flashed across Si Yanxiao's face. He took a few steps forward and asked in a low voice, "Do you know why I've come here?"

"I don't know." Guan Jing shook his head slightly and replied in a deep voice.

"Then what do you mean by saying that?" Si Yanxiao frowned slightly, a hint of displeasure flashing in his eyes.

Si Zuochen and Si Youlin also hurriedly looked at Guan Jing, their faces full of doubt.

Guan Jing poured tea with one hand, gestured for the group to sit down, and then slowly explained, "Although I don't know why you came to find me, I can tell from your expression."

Then he pushed the tea in front of him and continued, "You are clearly destined for great wealth and honor, and your life will be full of good fortune. However, there is a dark aura between your brows, which means you are currently plagued by misfortune and will likely suffer bloodshed."

When Si Yanxiao saw that the meaning behind his words was similar, a look of surprise flashed across his face. Guan Jing took in his expression and a strange look appeared in his eyes.

Then Fu continued, "You came all this way specifically to see me. Is there something troubling you?"

"Hmm." Si Yanxiao nodded slightly, then briefly recounted what had happened, his face showing concern, and asked in a low voice, "She's unconscious right now, is there any way to resolve this?"

"To suddenly fall into a coma without any warning... that's probably not a good sign." Guan Jing frowned slightly and said in a deep voice.

Then she lowered her eyes to look at Si Yanxiao, her gaze slightly sharp: "Tell me her birth date and time."

Si Yanxiao blurted out the answer, and Guan Jing's brows furrowed even more as he calculated with his fingers.

Seeing his expression, Si Zuochen and Si Youlin exchanged a glance, a hint of worry flashing in their eyes.

After Guan Jing calculated, his expression suddenly hardened, and he said in a deep voice, "Your birth charts clash with hers, so this situation was bound to happen sooner or later!"

"Not only that, if this continues, I'm afraid you will also suffer a bloody disaster. Fate is a thing... you can't say for sure."

Upon hearing this, Si Yanxiao frowned slightly, a hint of surprise flashing across his face. He quickly said, "But a master once calculated the fate between her and me, and clearly stated that her birth chart was extremely strong, which perfectly complemented mine."

Hearing his rebuttal, Guan Jing's eyes flickered slightly. He gently stroked the compass in his hand and replied in a low voice, "Perhaps there was a mistake from the very beginning, which is why we are in this situation now."

"If we don't cut our losses in time, we'll probably regret it later!"

Seeing the seriousness in Guan Jing's words, Si Yanxiao's gaze darkened slightly. After a moment's thought, he lowered his brows and asked, "Do you have a way to break this?"

"Yes, there is." Guan Jing's face revealed a profound and unfathomable expression. Then he looked at him seriously and said in a low voice, "As long as you divorce her, the restraint between your destinies will also disappear."

"Divorce?!" Si Yanxiao exclaimed in surprise, a sinister glint flashing between his brows.

Upon hearing this, a chill flashed across the faces of Si Zuochen and Si Youlin.

He glanced coldly at Guan Jing, his eyes now showing a scrutinizing look.

"Are there any other ways?" Si Yanxiao's eyes sharpened, his expression turning icy.

"No," Master Guanjing slowly shook his head, replying firmly.

She glanced up and saw the displeasure on Si Yanxiao's face. She closed her eyes briefly and then said in a low voice, "This is the only solution. Believe it or not, it's up to you."

Si Yanxiao lowered his brows slightly, a thoughtful look flashing across his face, caught in a dilemma.

He never imagined things would develop this way, and he began to have some doubts about Guan Jing's words.

She looked up at him seriously, but saw that his expression was normal and indifferent, making it impossible to tell whether he was being genuine or not.

He then made an excuse to consider it and got up with his twins to walk outside.

Guan Jing lowered his eyes and watched their departing figures, his eyes slightly narrowed, and a strange, intriguing expression flashed across his face.

As soon as they stepped out of Xuanqing Temple, Si Youlin couldn't help but complain, "Daddy, don't listen to his nonsense! There's no such thing as incompatible zodiac signs!"

His tone was full of indignation, and he glanced coldly in the direction he had left, his eyes filled with icy intent. Si Zuochen also chimed in, "I think what Ah Lin said makes sense. After all, this happened so suddenly at this time. Nothing had happened in the past six years, so why is there some kind of incompatibility of fate at this particular moment?"

Si Yanxiao listened to the two of them analyze the situation back and forth, his eyes slightly lowered, his expression unreadable.

Master Guanjing's words were completely different from Master Xuanyi's. Although he did not believe in metaphysics, he had gained a new understanding of it through his daily interactions with Jiang Ran.

Despite the starkly different accounts, he still sided with the latter, claiming that it was because Master Xuanyi said Jiang Ran would break his own tribulation that the old man forcibly kept Jiang Ran by his side.

But now he's giving a completely different story?!

Si Yanxiao felt a surge of annoyance. If it were any other time, he would have thought that this person was just spouting nonsense and would have ordered him to be kicked out.

But he could tell some things just by looking at his face, and Jiang Ran was indeed in a critical situation, so he had no choice but to believe it.

Si Zuochen and Si Youlin noticed that Si Yanxiao's expression was strange. After exchanging a glance, Si Zuochen nodded slightly to him.

Si Youlin instantly understood and began to speak again, preparing to continue persuading, "Daddy..."

Before he could finish speaking, Si Yanxiao interrupted him, saying, "Let's discuss this matter further."

After saying that, he led the two of them into the car. Si Zuochen saw that he looked hesitant and his eyes were slightly dark. Before leaving, he looked back at the plaque of Xuanqing Temple, his brows furrowed, and a thoughtful look flashed across his face.

Si Yanxiao escorted them back to the villa, then left to meet up with Gu Nan.

Si Zuochen and Si Youlin watched the departing car, a hint of ambiguous emotion flashing in their eyes.

Si Youlin's face turned cold, and he began to accuse, "What nonsense is that Taoist priest spouting! Divorce? How could he even say something like that!"

After his rant, he noticed that Si Zuochen remained silent with his eyes down, a hint of doubt flashing across his face. He couldn't help but remind him from the side, "Did you hear what I said?"

Upon hearing this, Si Zuochen snapped out of his daze. After a moment of contemplation, he looked puzzled and asked in a deep voice, "Shouldn't there be statues of the Three Pure Ones in a Taoist's room?"

After hearing this, Si Youlin looked puzzled and replied blankly, "Yes..."

When Jiang Ran was explaining Taoist knowledge to them, she specifically mentioned the importance of the Three Pure Ones and told them to keep it in mind.

They were in such a rush to get in today that they didn't pay much attention to it, but now that they think about it carefully, they realize there are many flaws in the whole thing.

"Moreover, the talismans on his table were not drawn by his own hand; there wasn't even a cinnabar mark on them." Si Youlin pondered for a moment and then spoke up, sharing what he had observed.

Thinking of this, the two of them saw disbelief in each other's eyes.

I always felt that the Taoist priest kept bringing up the contradictions between the two people's destinies, and I always felt that something was amiss.

Before, they might have been completely in the dark, but since Jiang Ran's teachings and their understanding of metaphysics, they have become extremely sensitive to it.

I couldn't sense any magnetic field from that Taoist priest, and I reflexively felt that he wasn't a good person.

The two hit it off immediately and then prepared to secretly investigate his background.

Without further ado, the two had the driver take them back to the Xuanqing Temple. Looking down at the people coming and going inside, their eyes sharpened, and they split into two groups to investigate.

Meanwhile, news of Jiang Ran's unconsciousness had already reached Bai Zhuwei's ears.

So they sent someone to secretly follow them. When they learned that Jiang Ran had been sent to the mountain, their eyes narrowed and a plan instantly came to mind.
