Based on her years of experience in robbing and looting, coupled with a strange intuition, she felt that these bandits were not like those large families who would categorize and separate their valuables. They probably had the same mentality as rural people, hoarding their good stuff together, and even if they weren't in the same place, they probably wouldn't be too far away.
Holding the detector, he walked halfway through the room, inch by inch. When he reached the north wall, the detector lit up briefly. The further west he went, the more frequently the light came on. Jian Dan had a good idea of what was going on.
The rain outside continued to drizzle, and even wearing rain boots, one could clearly feel the chill in their feet. The longer Qin Qinghuai waited, the more he regretted it. He should have gone in with them, even just to get some fresh air.
He didn't know how much time had passed, it felt like an eternity, before he heard a barely audible breath. He looked up sharply and saw a familiar figure floating down from the top of the wall.
My heart pounded for a few moments before I quickly took two steps forward.
"You're finally back. How are you? Are you alright?"
His simple expression made his heart leap again.
"What's wrong? What happened? Did someone see you?"
He was already racking his brains for ways to clear his wife's name, but then he saw Jian Dan shake her head, reassuring the man first.
"The item has been found, and no one has noticed me. I'm fine."
but,"
Qin Qinghuai gripped his hands nervously.
"Don't rush, tell me slowly,"
Seeing that his expression had changed, Jian Dan didn't dare to hesitate any longer and pulled him to a corner nearby.
"Everything else is acceptable, but there are radios in his study, two radios, and quite a lot of weapons, including guns, ammunition, and grenades. I saw the style; I had seen them before on the mountain. This one is different from that one; it's newer and the workmanship is more refined."
She left it at that; she couldn't possibly tell Qin Qinghuai that this was the latest weapon. How could someone who wasn't even an outsider possibly have access to such things?
Even setting aside her, the troops stationed on the northeastern border probably wouldn't qualify.
"Wh-what?"
After all, he was an active-duty soldier, and the most basic principle of patriotism always came first. Qin Qinghuai's demeanor immediately changed, radiating a chilling killing intent. He nodded simply, thinking to himself, "This is what a qualified soldier is like."
"Are you sure? No, it's a toy?"
With difficulty, Qin Qinghuai managed to utter a few words, then laughed at his own stupidity. He slapped his forehead; how could his wife joke about something like this? He raised his hand and slapped himself.
"Pah!"
I'm talking nonsense.
Are you alright? You didn't touch those things, did you?
"Uh, I really did touch it. I've put it away."
"you?"
"Wait, wait, don't interrupt. I wanted to ask you, in this situation, what do you think is the best way to achieve the desired effect? If you're not going to wait any longer, I'll send this radio station back."
"You took over the radio station too?"
Qin Qinghuai didn't know what to say about his wife. She was really bold. It was one thing to accept weapons, but how could she accept such dangerous things?
Simple yet eloquent,
"What else can we do? Leaving the radio behind would be like alerting them. Who knows where they'll hide it next time? What if they send it out or destroy it?"
This is a great product; we need to make the most of it!
Alright, Qin Qinghuai was convinced. Whether it was his wife's extraordinary abilities or her thought process, to be honest, if it weren't for his wife's interest in those things, he wouldn't have had the chance to travel there. He really didn't know when his wife's intentions would have been discovered, or what might have happened.
What are your thoughts?
"I?"
Simply wave your hand.
"Never mind me, you all need to think about the bigger picture, so I was thinking of asking you how to achieve the best effect. With this, can we crush him in one fell swoop?"
Qin Qinghuai clenched his fist.
"A radio alone isn't enough. He can claim that the theft was a thief, or that the thief framed him. If we have some other supporting evidence, our chances will be much better."
"Supporting documents?"
Simply scratch your head.
For example?
She collected too many things, and didn't even watch the later ones. The radio station was only so conspicuous because it was broadcast separately; otherwise, she would have collected them all.
Seeing this, Qin Qinghuai calmed his tense emotions.
"Let's go home and rest first. I'll go ask Dad what the situation is like here."
That's true. After all, they are outsiders. They don't know if the old man and the others have made any arrangements. Given the situation, they can't be completely clueless.
"OK,"
I peeked out briefly; the rain was still falling, the road was dark, and it was completely silent.
"Nobody's here, let's go."
After walking a short distance, Qin Qinghuai pointed ahead.
"Are you tired? Let's take a car back. Fourth Brother is waiting here."
He simply shone his flashlight over and saw a Jeep parked not far away. He immediately grinned and grabbed the Jeep's arm.
"I thought we'd have to walk back? You're too thoughtful, aren't you?"
Qin Qinghuai smiled.
"It's rare for you to praise me like this!"
"Go away! Don't talk nonsense!"
Yang He in the car was also anxiously waiting. He didn't dare to close his eyes all night, afraid that he would miss the person coming or something else. He stared intently out the window with his big eyes, not daring to turn on the car lights.
He was startled when the car door was opened.
"Fourth Brother, it's me."
Yang He was stunned for a moment before he realized what was happening. He excitedly sat up, his head hitting the roof of the car with a "thud," but he didn't seem to care. He rubbed his eyes vigorously.
