Chapter 12 I am the new student in our class today
Fu Ci ran out of the Lu Building in a panic. The haze of being wronged and distrusted hung over his heart. The bitterness and pain squeezed his eye sockets, making his peach blossom eyes look like they were about to bleed.
Thinking of Lu Shiyan's accusations, regretting being nice and close to him today, and the look of disgust that he was most afraid of seeing, Fu Ci felt a sense of frustration in his heart like a heavy stone, pressing down on him and making his breathing stagnate.
By the time he came to his senses, the night had already covered this bustling city with a mysterious black veil. Bright lights were on in front of him, and thousands of neon lights were intertwined, but he had unknowingly arrived in a completely unfamiliar place.
Fu Ci subconsciously walked back, but among the glittering skyscrapers, the tallest Lu Building he was looking for was not there. He quickly felt his pocket. The incident happened too suddenly. In his haste to leave, he forgot to take his cell phone, and he had no money on him.
He looked around at the unfamiliar environment, his hands hanging at his sides clenched unconsciously, his breathing became rapid, and his pace became faster and faster.
A small hope emerged in his mind. Maybe his brother was anxiously looking for him after seeing that he was missing, so he had to go back quickly.
As he was walking, a slender, white hand suddenly reached out from behind him. Fu Ci subconsciously turned around and grabbed the man's wrist with his backhand. His other hand pressed hard against his shoulder, holding him down like a prisoner, and asked coldly, "Who?"
Ji Lin felt like his entire arm was about to be twisted off by Ji Lin. He frowned in pain and cried out in pain, "It hurts... It hurts... Fu Ci, it's me, Ji Lin."
"Ji Lin?"

Ji Lin immediately came up with a smile on his face, "Then I'll take you there, my car is over there."
Fu Ci was stunned. He was not used to getting along with strangers whom he had only met twice. He did not like the sympathetic or pitying looks others gave him when they noticed something was wrong.
I also don’t like to accept help from strangers, for fear of causing trouble to others, even though they are classmates.
But now he just wanted to go back quickly so as not to worry his brother, so he followed Ji Lin into his car.
Fu Ci glanced at the driver through the rearview mirror, then immediately lowered his head and said, "I'll go to the Lu Building, thank you."
Ji Lin immediately brought his unrestrained and handsome face closer, his eyes full of curiosity, "What are you doing in the Lu Building so late?"
"It should be closed there."
Fu Ci felt upset and didn't want to talk anymore, but seeing that Ji Lin was kind enough to send him back to find his brother, he still patiently replied, "I'm going to find my brother."
Ji Lin thought about what Qin Che and the man with glasses had said about Fu Ci when they were having dinner together today, and immediately thought of the brother he was thinking about. He should be Lu Shiyan, the eldest son of the Lu family.
Fu Ci is the second young master living in the Lu family. This is no secret in the school. After all, his situation is special. If it weren't for the relationship with the Lu family, he would not be able to enter the university even if he had a high talent for painting.
The neon lights outside the window occasionally shone into the car through the window, shining brightly and dimming, which also concealed the ridicule and contempt in Ji Lin's eyes even more deeply.
He rested his hands on his chin, his tone sounding extremely envious, "You and your brother have such a good relationship."

The driver couldn't help but glance at Ji Lin through the rearview mirror. The head of the Ji family had a son in his old age, and the spoiled youngest son grew up lawless in the Ji family. Even the eldest son couldn't touch him.
Ji Lin said so much but Fu Ci didn't even respond. He felt like he had thrown his enthusiasm to a blind man. From childhood to adulthood, no one had dared to give him the cold shoulder like this.
If the new school wasn't so boring, only this idiot would be interesting. He wouldn't even look at this idiot who lives under someone else's roof even if he died on the side of the road.
The car quickly stopped under the Lu Building. Fu Ci said "thank you" and immediately opened the car door and walked out.
Ji Lin saw him walking quickly towards a black Maybach parked in front of the Lu Building. His back looked very anxious, and the enthusiasm in his eyes instantly turned into a cold light. Fu Ci, we have a long way to go!
He inadvertently met the driver's curious gaze in the rearview mirror and asked coldly, "What's going on?"
