Chapter 567: The Interrogation Begins
Zhang Suo put down his gun and walked over to Huo Juncheng, "Are you okay?"
Huo Juncheng's neck was stretched to a red line. He raised his hand to touch it and found nothing serious. Looking in the direction where Smith and the others had fled, Huo Juncheng frowned and said, "Those guys are connected to the last shooting. Chief Zhang, why don't you go and grab the first-class merit?"
Zhang's eyes lit up, and he pressed Huo Juncheng, "You have to make sure there's nothing wrong with this clue!"
Huo Juncheng was very determined, "I'm sure it's those people. The red wristband he's wearing can't be bought in China."
Zhang Suo smiled widely, gave Huo Juncheng a look of gratitude, picked up the walkie-talkie and started talking about reinforcements and pursuit!
"Team One, Team Two, I'm currently in a high-end restaurant downtown. A witness just identified a gang connected to the previous shooting as leaving from here, heading towards XX Street. I suspect they're armed, so please be cautious, everyone."
"Over."
"Over."
The intercom made a buzzing sound, and after a few quick responses, it hung up.
The police surrounded them quickly and swiftly and agilely and caught up with the whole gang.
They were arrested without even asking any questions, and several foreigners cried out that they were innocent.
"We didn't do anything, why are you arresting us?"
"We need to call a lawyer! You're arresting me for no reason, and I'm going to make you pay!"
Several foreigners were taken to the police station and detained wailing. They were still not obedient in prison. They kept banging on the railings, swearing at people, and were not willing to cooperate with the police investigation at all.
Some even behaved inappropriately, causing the police to spit and curse their ancestors.
The police had no choice but to let them continue making trouble and then conduct an investigation after they calmed down.
Chief Zhang brought Huo Juncheng and Lin Yilan to the police station. Following Huo Juncheng's instructions, Chief Zhang had the foreigners taken into the interrogation room one by one.
Huo Juncheng asked one by one.
"I heard the plans you were discussing in the men's room. What exactly is your next big move? Tell us the mastermind and plan, and you can get out now!"
Several foreigners showed disdainful expressions and laughed at Huo Juncheng.
"You're not a police officer, so why are you interrogating me?"
Zhang slammed the table with all his might, his face filled with anger, and shouted, "Cooperate, or you won't be able to return!"
Chief Zhang was deliberately making threats. Now we live in a society ruled by law. Who would still do such forced interrogations?
However, it still has some effect on foreigners. Their attitudes have improved a little, but they still refuse to cooperate. The author's actions are exactly the same, with his legs crossed and his head raised high, looking at people with his nose straight.
"Sir, I'm afraid you heard me wrong. We are all good citizens. How could we possibly have any plans?"
They all gave the same answer, and Huo Juncheng had to suspect that they had undergone special training.
But if they didn't speak, Huo Juncheng would have no choice.
Seeing their arrogant and complacent attitude, Zhang was so angry that he slammed the table and stood up. He said to Huo Juncheng with a sidelong look, "You go out first. I have a way to interrogate this ignorant and ignorant prisoner!"
As soon as Huo Juncheng closed the door and left, Zhang Suojiang picked up the pen in his hand and walked angrily to the foreigner. Under his smug eyes, he made a ferocious face and forcefully inserted the pen into his palm!
The foreigner screamed in pain, and the roar echoed out of the door. The young policeman who had just entered the police station to work suddenly woke up from his sleep, stared at the woman next to him with wide eyes and a confused look on his face.
"What's going on? Why is someone screaming?"
The policewoman beside him smiled calmly.
"It's normal operation, just ignore it."
Huo Juncheng looked at the tightly closed door of the interrogation room with a complicated expression on his face.
It turns out that what Zhang called a method was to resort to lynching!
Huo Juncheng had no choice but to lower his head and smile, Zhang Suo was also a real man.
In the interrogation room, the foreigner stared at Chief Zhang viciously, his mouth tightly clenched, refusing to speak at all costs. Blood flowed from his palms, pain in his side bones spread throughout his body, and thin beads of cold sweat appeared on his forehead.
Even so, they still did not give in!
Everyone's mouth was as tight as a screw, unwilling to reveal a single word!
Chief Zhang was also shocked. He would never believe that such a well-trained and stress-resistant group of people said they had not received special training.
Those foreigners are not only tough in words, but also stubborn as hell.
Seeing that Zhang Suo couldn't do anything to them, he sneered, "Sick man of East Asia, your fists are as soft as cotton!"
There was blood flowing from his face and half of his face was swollen, but he was still so stubborn!
Zhang Suo was so angry at this that he gritted his teeth, raised his finger and pointed at the foreigner's nose and cursed, "Good! Very good, very good! Just wait!"
The foreigner gave him a middle finger and said, "If you have any other skills, just use them!"
Chief Zhang walked out of the interrogation room and called a few police officers in to help.
Guns were found on the foreigners, and Chief Zhang had them taken away for investigation.
The foreigner was still stubborn at this time, "Haha, what can you find out with your technology?"
Chief Zhang stared at him without saying a word, folded his hands over his chest, leaned on the table, and waited quietly for the result.
Half an hour later, the police officer came in with the inspection report. Chief Zhang compared the two reports and found that these guns were indeed related to the latest shootings in Haicheng!
Huo Juncheng found it more and more interesting, so he asked Gao Long and Gao Hu to take Lin Yilan away first.
Zhang pointed the evidence at the foreigner. His expression turned from elation at first to fear as he faced the iron fan. His eyes widened in panic, his mouth slightly open, his voice trembling, "How is it possible? With your current technology, how could you possibly have figured this out?"
Now it was Zhang's turn to sneer. "The evidence is irrefutable. With just these two pieces of paper, I can put you in jail for life! I might even sentence you to death. If you want to die, that's fine. You can continue to act stubbornly!"
The foreigner panicked and begged humbly, "We'll cooperate. We'll cooperate with you. If you have any questions, just ask!"
Chief Zhang had just gone out, and Huo Juncheng asked him to investigate Smith's identity.
Seeing that these foreigners finally realized their dangerous situation and were willing to cooperate with the investigation, Zhang's first question was, "Who is Smith?"
The foreigner was stunned.
Smith is the boss's pseudonym in China, his real name is MR. Bai.
In fact, Huo Juncheng had seen him before, but he never knew who Smith was.
Those younger brothers begged for mercy again and again, and their responses were all the same.
"Please spare us, we really don't know who Smith is! Smith should be Smith, what other identity could he have?"
Chief Zhang asked, and they all got the same answer. He was a criminal policeman and could see the lies in the eyes of these foreigners. But even now, they still refused to cooperate and deliberately disrupted the police's investigation.
Zhang Suo couldn't give Huo Juncheng the answer he wanted for the time being. He patted Huo Juncheng on the shoulder and sighed, "Give me some time."
Huo Juncheng left the station helplessly. Since these people wouldn't say anything, there was no point in him staying here any longer. Worried about Lin Yilan's health, he immediately went home.
I didn't expect that just after I came out of the police station, a car would drive towards me recklessly.
