Cao Dongsheng was being chased with nowhere to escape, so he ran up the hillside. The peasant woman followed him relentlessly, cursing at him as she went.
The slope was very low, and Zhao Huan and Nangong Lian'er were having so much fun on it, when in a blink of an eye the peasant woman caught up with them.
The peasant woman ran to the hillside and saw a pile of firewood and chicken bones scattered all over the ground. She understood immediately.
The peasant woman pointed a broom at the three men and said viciously, "Good, you're still a bunch of chicken thieves! I'm going to catch you and report you to the police!"
This was truly a case of extreme joy leading to sorrow. Now it was Zhao Huan and Nangong Lian'er's turn to be at a loss.

"What do you mean true or false? The chicken bones are all here, and you still want to quibble. Take my broom!" As she said that, the peasant woman swung the broom and smashed it down on his head. Zhao Huan raised his arms and covered his head to avoid it.
Perhaps it was because everyone loves beauty, and cherishing beautiful women applies to everyone. The peasant woman only chased Zhao Huan and Cao Dongsheng and did not attack Nangong Lian'er.
The three men fled in a panic, with the peasant woman chasing them relentlessly.
"Think, think of a way. Cao Dongsheng, do you have any silver? Throw it to her."
"I left in a hurry and didn't take anything with me."
Nangong Lian'er took off a golden hairpin from her head: "This."

The peasant woman was spitting and panting as she chased after him, cursing and swearing, when she suddenly saw Zhao Huan throw a glittering golden object towards her. She looked down and saw it was an incomparably valuable hairpin. She stopped, picked it up, and went off cursing.
