Chapter 3 Vitality



Jiang Shan was in a great mood and got really into a tug-of-war with the yams.

Two hours later, Jiang Shan tied the dug yams together with tree bark and wild vines, carried them laboriously on his back, and slowly made his way down the mountain.

The old man next to her squatted down to take a look and asked in surprise, "Young lady, is this yam? It's used in medicine, why are you eating it like this?"

Jiang Shan grinned. "Grandpa, you can eat this raw, but it's not as good as when it's cooked."

Seeing Jiang Shan enjoying her yam, the little girl also bent down and squatted down, her big, dark eyes fixed on the yam in her hand. Her little mouth opened unconsciously, and something suspicious and shiny slowly dripped from the corner of her mouth.

Jiang Shan was delighted and broke off a small piece, handing it to the little girl.

The two of them, one giving and one receiving, didn't even let the old man come to his senses before the little girl had already stuffed it whole into her mouth.

“…Nannan!” The old man’s eyes widened, and he hurriedly tried to pry open the little girl’s mouth.
