Chapter 181 Rescue

The man staggered back two steps, then scrambled and crawled towards the door.

Fu Yan followed behind at a leisurely pace, his expression relaxed and natural, showing no sign of panic or tension.

He walked in, fanned away the pungent smell of smoke, and looked up to see Xiao Xin, who was tied to a chair with his head drooping, and a striking figure next to him—Wang Lili, dressed in dragon fruit color.

Wang Lili was eating sunflower seeds with her legs crossed. Through the swirling smoke, she looked at Fu Yan standing at the door and glanced at him up and down.

Seeing Fu Yan arrive empty-handed, she couldn't help but scoff, "Where's the stuff?"

Fu Yan ignored her and was about to walk towards Xiao Xin when an iron rod was immediately placed across his chest, blocking his way.

Fu Yan didn't even blink, and calmly uttered, "Get out of the way."

The man didn't move, looking at him defiantly.

Seeing that he had no intention of backing down, Fu Yan lowered his head to wrap the blood-stained tie on his hand, then quickly kicked the man in the lower abdomen.

The man winced in pain and before he could react, Fu Yan delivered a swift chop to his wrist, causing it to cramp. The baseball bat fell from his hand and clattered to the ground with a dull thud.

The man bent down to pick it up, but Fu Yan stepped on his back and, with a slight force, knocked him to the ground.

Seeing that something was wrong, the group of people at the card table immediately went on alert, all gripping their weapons tightly without making a sound, and slowly walked towards Fu Yan.

The man with the buzz cut walking ahead whistled at Wang Lili: "Sister Li, can we make a move?"

Wang Lili nodded in agreement while cracking sunflower seeds. She had been wanting to watch a show, and this scene suited her just the way things were going.

With permission, a group of people surrounded Fu Yan, their eyes gleaming with a fierce light, like a pack of wolves eyeing their prey.

Fu Yan stretched his wrists and neck, tensing his entire body into a defensive posture.

The other guy has a weapon, but he's good at hand-to-hand combat.

After several rounds, all seven or eight strong men were lying on the ground, looking extremely disheveled.

Fu Yan was the only one standing. His face and the back of his hands were covered in blood, and his white shirt was stained red with blood, making him look quite gruesome.

The sounds of fighting around him were so intense that Xiao Xin regained a sliver of consciousness from his daze.

He raised his stiff neck and suddenly saw the blood on Fu Yan's face, and his heart ached for no reason.
