He probably put salt in instead of sugar.
Seeing his dejected look, Fu Yan comforted him, "It's okay, brother. If you didn't do well this time, you can try again next time. I believe you will succeed."
He looked at the bowl of noodles that was more than half full and said, "Eat your noodles first, bro. It's getting late. Get some rest after you finish eating."
Although he doesn't have class tomorrow, Fu Yan promised Feng Xiaoxiao he would go to singing practice, and he hasn't had time to look at the materials Feng Lu sent him yet, so he's still a bit busy.
Xiao Xin hummed twice, looked at the clean kitchen, and immediately understood.
"You've worked hard," Xiao Xin said subconsciously.
A hint of surprise flashed in Fu Yan's eyes: "What hardship, brother?"
Xiao Xin ate her noodles and looked at him, saying, "I told you you worked hard cleaning the kitchen."

Fu Yan rested his chin on his hand and smiled at Xiao Xin: "I have a research assignment tomorrow. My assignment partner lives at school, so I have to go to school to find him and work on it together."
Xiao Xin asked instinctively, "And Feng Lu?"
Fu Yan nodded: "Mm."
Xiao Xin suddenly felt the noodles in her mouth taste sour, and that feeling of irritability welled up in her heart again.
He poked at the noodles in his bowl with his chopsticks, frowning, and said, "Why are these noodles so sour? I'm not eating them!"
He then got up and walked out of the kitchen.
Fu Yan watched his angry back and then looked at the remaining half bowl of noodles.
He wondered how it could be sour when he hadn't put any vinegar in it.
