Chapter 100: Screwed Up
"Who are we embarrassing?"
"No one is in trouble, right?"
Bai Yan and Chen He were startled, and the mother and daughter looked at each other in confusion.
Ning Che saw Fu Chengyun rushing in and had a bad feeling. He quickly stood up to stop him.
Fu Chengyun walked into the door and saw that everyone was sitting, even the little girl who was a human trafficker.
Only my Cheche was standing!
Combined with the conversation with Chen He in the morning, it was obvious that she was waiting for Che Che to come and apologize and settle the score with him.
In a flash, Fu Chengyun came to the conclusion: I, Cheche, have been wronged!
He took a few steps forward and took Ning Che's hand to protect it behind his back. As they passed each other sideways, they whispered:
"I forgot to tell you not to come by yourself, and yet you came here on your own. They must have given you a hard time."
"without……"
His face was pale, and his breath hit Fu Chengyun's neck as he spoke, feeling weak and powerless.
Fu Chengyun felt like he had to swallow his anger.
My heart, liver and lungs all hurt!
He grabbed Ning Che and started talking passionately on the microphone.
"Aunt, I think it's necessary to have a frank talk with you about this."
"Cheche really likes to stir up trouble. He's cruel and vicious, and he always hangs out with the wrong kind of people."
Ning Che had originally wanted to appease Fu Chengyun, but upon hearing this, his expression instantly darkened. He shook off the hand that was around his waist and gave him a stern look from behind.
Fu Chengyun couldn't bear to see Ning Che being wronged, so he stood in front of several people and spoke righteously.
"However, he is kind by nature and would never deliberately take Jia'er out just to kidnap him."
"If you have to blame someone for this, blame me."
He nodded slightly towards Bai Yan with a serious expression.
"It's my fault for making him angry the day before. He was in a bad mood and went out to relax."
"It's also my fault that I don't take Jiaer out often. He only goes to pick her up when he misses her."
"You still blame me for being too soft-hearted. I didn't kill Fu Linyu directly, allowing him to escape from prison. If this wasn't a natural disaster, it must have been a man-made disaster!"
Fu Chengyun stood in front of Ning Che. From behind, all that could be seen was the straight line of his neck, sharp and firm.
He couldn't bear to see his baby suffer any injustice, so he stood in front of him like a mountain.
Ning Che reached out and pinched Fu Chengyun's fingertips.
Although it was inappropriate, he really wanted to touch him at this moment.
After he finished speaking, Fu Chengyun let out a long sigh, reached back to hold Ning Che's hand, and hid it in his palm.
Looking at the people present, their expressions were different.
Bai Yan, who was sitting in the middle of the sofa, changed his expression.
The mother and son were close to Fu Chengyun, not because they really meant to make things difficult for him. It was just because their beloved child was missing, and they wanted to take the opportunity to teach Ning Che a lesson.
I don't want to make a big deal out of it, I just want to show my attitude.
Hearing Fu Chengyun take all the blame on himself went against their original intention.
Moreover, Bai Yan and Chen He are both strong women who love their young husbands, and they hate Fu Chengyun's protective attitude the most.
I immediately got angry.
Bai Yan's face was stern and his tone was bad: "Yes, I am just old and confused. I can't tell right from wrong, so I have to find someone to blame."
With a "bang", the teacup fell heavily on the mahogany coffee table.
Ning Che's heart trembled three times.
It’s over!
The little girl answered the phone in vain, the traffickers monitored her in vain, and they lowered their stance in vain...
What a pity for my rosewood sword!
Chen He waved to the servant and said coldly, "Show him away."
Once words are spoken, they can be spilled. Fu Chengyun and I, the couple, each person's words represent the opinions of both of us.
Bai Yan and his mother would not think that he was innocent, but would instead think that he was scheming.
The couple is playing the good cop and the bad cop, pretending to shirk responsibility.
But the matter was done, and Bai Yan was angry again. There was no point in saying more.
Ning Che took a last deep look at the rosewood sword, then turned around with his head drooping.
He staggered out the door like a zombie.
He felt that he should establish another family rule, which was not to allow Fu Chengyun to love me too much.
Love is generally enough!
Fu Chengyun seemed to realize something and subconsciously wanted to say a few more words.
He gave Bai Yan and her daughter an awkward smile and said, "Sorry, aunt and cousin, I might have been a little excited. It's my fault. Please don't take it to heart."
Bai Yan took Jiaer upstairs, and Chen He followed behind without even looking at him.
In a flash, the little girl and Fu Chengyun were the only ones left in the huge living room, staring at each other.
He didn't like children in the first place, and seeing the ragged little one sitting on the sofa, although he felt pity for her, his desire to pursue his wife overwhelmed him.
Fu Chengyun ran out of the door in a few steps, and Ning Che had already walked to the car.
"Baby!"
"Are you angry again?"
He pulled Ning Che's hand, hugged him tightly in his arms, and forced an apology into his ear.
"You're not wrong. I'm just telling the truth. They'll figure it out once they calm down. It's okay."
Ning Che was not listening to the chaotic sounds around him. His mind was filled with the rosewood sword.
"It's all your fault!"
"Yes, yes, it's all my fault. My husband just can't bear to see you being wronged."
Fu Chengyun pinched Ning Che's pointed chin and said, "When I saw you suffering like this, my brain was like a broken string. I couldn't care about anything else."
"Love-brained!" Ning Che pulled his hand away in disgust, wanting him to compensate for the sword, but was interrupted by a childish voice just as he opened his mouth.
"Uncle, will you send me back to the orphanage?"
The hem of his shirt was grasped by a pair of purple hands, and the little girl stared at him.
The pitch-black pupils were like a black gem that had just emerged from the ground, and the clear light pierced into Ning Che's eyes.
He suddenly felt dazed, and the person in front of him seemed to have grown long hair out of nowhere, which was draped over his body in a messy manner.
The little hands and face were covered in dirt, with dark red pieces mixed in with the brown soil.
It is difficult to tell which are the coagulated blood scabs and which are the gurgling blood.
"You want to come back with me?"
He knocked the girl's hand down with the back of his hand, controlling the strength very well. The sound was loud but it didn't hurt. He was just trying to scare her and didn't really hit her.
The girl's frail shoulders trembled slightly, but her eyes never shifted.
"think"
She bit her lower lip, as if she had made a decision.
Her knees softened, and she fell to the ground with a thump. Her little hands tugged at Ning Che's trouser legs again, her voice soft but without a hint of fear.
"You are a good person, and I want to live with good people."
"Oh! You can find a way to survive on your own?"
Ning Che took a step back and pulled his trouser leg out of her hand.
He crossed his arms, raised his eyebrows, and looked playful.
"What if I refuse to take you?"
"Then I'll go back to the orphanage and continue to be beaten by those older kids. If I'm not beaten to death, I'll live. If I'm beaten to death, I'll die."
She said it with despair, but there was actually a glint in her eyes.
Ning Che knew the child's thoughts too well. He walked through the whole process himself and saw the little girl clearly at a glance.
She has found a way to survive.
"Okay! Let's go back to the orphanage then."
As soon as he finished speaking, Ning Che stepped into the car without a trace of mercy.
The little girl knelt down beside the car, clinging to the door and refusing to leave. She said nothing, her hairy eyes without even a tear in them, staring blankly at Ning Che.
Fu Chengyun felt sorry for her when he saw her like this, but he also understood what was going on when he saw Ning Che acting like a tyrant and a bad guy.
The little fox softened his heart and decided to give it a chance.
He bent down to help the little girl up and ordered the accompanying bodyguards to send her back to the orphanage.
The bodyguard stepped forward, picked up the little girl and left.
When passing by Ning Che's car window, Fu Chengyun shouted: "Wait a minute."
A slender, white hand stretched out from the car window, with a small note held between its pale pink fingertips.
"If you can subdue the group that bullies you, you will be allowed to make this call."
The little dirty hand caught it and the bodyguard continued walking.
Ning Che leaned out of the car window and winked at the little girl.
Lip-sync: "Come on!"
Ning Che didn't close the car window until the little girl was taken into another car.
When the dust settled, Fu Chengyun raised his foot to get into the car, but before he put his foot inside, he was suddenly kicked two miles away.
"The Rosewood Sword didn't go home, so you shouldn't go back either."
The black nanny car slowly drove out of the manor, and its shadow was stretched long by the sunlight, reflected on the marble floor, revealing such ruthlessness.
Fu Chengyun stood in the exhaust fumes in a daze.
I am...
Kicked out of the house again?
