Li Xingguo was disappointed, feeling that this was a rejection and that the candidate had probably already been chosen internally.

The five men didn't know Li Xingguo and Li Jun's identities and only assumed they were factory leaders. Seeing their attitude, they immediately became reserved.
Lu Yuan pointed to Jiang Haishan and introduced, "This is Factory Director Jiang."
The group quickly greeted him, "Hello, Director Jiang!"
Lu Yuan didn't introduce the other two, and all five of them silently breathed a sigh of relief. They understood that these two weren't very important.
Unimportant people don't need to be cared about. So the rest of the group ignored the two of them.
Jiang Haishan chuckled and agreed. He then casually asked the group some questions, such as their names, ages, and family members. In just a few sentences, he had already gotten a general idea of their personalities.
This includes Li Jun.
Jiang Haishan had the men drive the tractors around, and then asked them some relatively professional questions. In the end, instead of directly saying who he was most satisfied with, he asked Li Xingguo with a smile.
"Old Li, what do you think of their performance today?"
